I am interested in your Vietnam/Cambodia tour "Perfect Vietnam and Cambodia" for 15 days. I would like to go just after your New year holiday which I believe ends Feb 22. What is the price and payment schedule?

I want to book "Perfect Vietnam and Cambodia 15 days", starting mid Feb, just after your New Year holiday. I am willing to put down a down payment but would like to be assured I have a few days flexibility in start of the tour. Flights can vary quite a bit and delaying a few days cane mean hundreds of dollars. What do you suggest?

Would the 3rd traveler be in the same 4* hotel as the other 2 travelers ? What would the price be for a single supplement 4*?

The price is extra 356 USD per person for upgrade to 4* accommodation. The total price for the 3rd person is 2633 USD per person ( including the single supplement and 4*). The 3rd traveler will be staying the same hotel as the other 2 travelers.

We like to stay in the hotel in Hanoi. How can we book the 3 nights within this hotel, do you have special rates? Can we get the pickup also on 26th from the airport to the hotel?

My Vietnam and Cambodia trip was very well organized and sent me to several wonderful and, to me, surprising places I otherwise wouldn’t have known about. The Halong Bay cruise was fantastic and on a top-notch boat. I am glad that I upgraded to 4-star hotels. They were very hospitable and had magnificent buffet breakfasts with all sorts of dishes and fresh fruits. The tour turned out to be a private, not a group tour, which surprised me, but it worked out well for me. But be clear about whether you would like a group or private tour before booking.Show more

All aspects of this holiday went like clockwork. Every flight, every pick up, each guided experience happened exactly as described and we didn’t have to worry about anything. I would say we had a trip with all parts brokered as opposed to being on a ‘tour’ as we felt more like solo travellers than part of any group tour (in not being with a group of people consistently). That suited us just fine and meant that for experiences it was either just us and our own guide or with a handful of other people (no more than 7 of us in total). Communication about changes (eg flight times changing or pick up) was excellent. Customer happiness is key throughout Vietnam and Cambodia and this was clear within all the hotels we stayed in (we opted for the 4 star hotels), where all staff were excellent. The hotels were consistently in central locations. If I’ve a main suggestion for improvement, some of the hotels need an active’check’ by the operator as the bathrooms are so in need of an upgrade, it was a pain. I would definitely use this company again but would perhaps ask for more variations to the itinerary given that we weren’t on the set group tour we were expecting; as it was, we didn’t follow a linear route down the country but seemed to zig zag all over the place - if there was logic in this, it would good to know what that was (for example, in two different places, we were there when a festival was taking place which was excellent to see and experience). These are more suggestions than gripes; we had a brilliant time and have definitely caught the Asia bug!Show more

It's the first time we traveled with a tour operator because I wanted a stress-free vacation for my kids (7 and 11 years old). They managed to book the connecting room for my family. The hotels were clean, nice and comfortable. The receptionists also helped us a lot. The itinerary was balanced and covered the highlights of each part. We also had free time to relax. I have never expected to go with a travel company and joining a group tour could be as easy as this trip. I highly recommend Prestigo Asia to anyone and definitely choose them in the future to Southeast Asia.Show more
