Yes, we do offer transport from Swakopmund to Windhoek. The shuttle usually operates in the morning and afternoon.

I have confirmed that neither of the two tours includes a visit to the desert. However, in Swakopmund, for a rate of USD 140–170, you can visit Sandwich Harbour, where - although smaller - you will have a chance to see the dunes.
