To begin, we regret to learn that you felt some of the hotels did not meet the high standards we are recognized for and we would like to apologize for any discomfort caused as a result. Your feedback has been shared with our Contracting Team who will review the hotels visited on this trip to determine where improvements might be made. Additionally, we are concerned to hear that you may have found the size of your group to be too large at certain points on this trip. All of our trips and itineraries are designed to comfortably accommodate up to fifty guests at a time, and during peak seasons, we do often operate at full capacity. Nevertheless, we appreciate your concern and have shared this with our Operations Department for their consideration. On another note, Exploring so many captivating destinations in a snapshot of time can be quite an adventure, and we always strive to include the perfect amount of time at each location for some in-depth discovery. Therefore, it truly saddens us to learn of your disappointment with certain aspects of the itinerary on this occasion. Also, we are sorry to hear that the cuisine on this trip did not meet your expectations; as we strive to provide dining experiences that connect you to the rich and authentic flavours of each destination. Here at Trafalgar, we take our guests’ feedback very seriously, so please be assured that your comments are being given the full attention they deserve to establish what potential improvements we might make going forward with this particular trip.   • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before October 21st, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 21st, 2026, a minimum payment of $200 is required to confirm your booking with Trafalgar. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Trafalgar will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Trafalgar" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
