I found I was put at ease right from the…The experience I had on the tour far exceeded my expectations. It was my first time on a tour, travelling on my own, and I didn't really know what to expect. I found I was put at ease right from the beginning when we all first met in London. Kassie was a warm and friendly person who was well organised and ensured everyone was well informed and looked after. The bus was very comfortable and our driver was experienced and always on time and very courteous. The itinerary was amazing we saw so many amazing places and enjoyed many experiences in those places. Kassie was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting facts on every place we discovered, so I felt I did learn a lot along the way as well. She insured that we were all well informed of our plans for each day. It was quite fast paced but at the same time it was still enjoyable, and the accommodation we stayed at was nice and clean and comfortable. The optional extras that were offered were amazing I am so glad I did all of them, I would totally recommend everyone to do the same, as these experiences are the ones that you will remember for ever. It allows you to have more of an insight into the place and the culture by immersing yourself among the people there. It also gives you easy access into all the main attractions, as you get skip the line tickets, and you don't have to do much but show up on time. I really can't think of anything that I would change about the trip, it was a trip of a lifetime for me and I feel that it really enriched my life. I met a lot of lovely people on the tour, whom I hope to keep in contact with from here on in. I would highly recommend doing this tour, and hope to do another one in the near future.

We loved the sights, the food, the optional tours and the hidden treasures. Kassie took good care of every detail from day one till our departure after the tour. She’s very organized, has excellent communication skills, and has an in-depth knowledge about the various places that we have visited. There was no dull moment in the bus because she gave us varied activities like introductory information about the place, different games, video presentations, appropriate music, and a movie. Her act of kindness and thoughtfulness was exemplary. She bought us the Belem pastries, saucers from Granada, and the cork rooster postcard from Lisbon. She was very accommodating , gracious, and warm-hearted. She was a great help in creating our beautiful memories. João was a skillful driver. He drove with ease and competence. He made sure we were safe until we reached our destination. All the local experts were very knowledgeable in giving comprehensive information.

As our tour director, she was exceptional in her planning, communication, knowledge and caring towards all our fellow travellers. Our pilot, Joao, was an absolute genius behind the wheel of our large tour bus, displaying a skill that was truly remarkable. Anyone else who is fortunate enough to travel with them is in store for the holiday that they could previously only dream of. The tour itself was well structured, with a pace that was manageable by all age groups on the bus. The coach itself was comfortable and we could easily tolerate the long journeys. The hotels were mostly excellent, barring for a couple of them that were last minute changes - that weren't up to par, but overall we were happy. The only suggestion I would make to a potential traveller; is don't waste your time with the included dinners, as they are quite bad. Rather make your own reservations/plans for a quality local eatery, that way, no regrets for time lost.

She has rigid but flexible schedule that accounts for the smooth transition from one interesting place to another. She’s always looking for the safety of everybody never leaves anyone behind. She gives precise instructions on where to go, shop and meet on the time alloted. Excellent choices of places to dine and shop. For a cost saver the hotels are good and presentable except for its distance from the city center. The driver has excellent skills and also very friendly. He kept us safe as well as our belongings.

These two are the main reason why, and i most likely will travel alone or with a different travel partner, as my roommate said she was a true homebody after this trip -- even though she had a wonderful time as well--she stated. I have been to 56 countries on five continents and so I speak from experience.
Both Croatia and Bosnia have been through so much. The people there are to be commended for their courage and endurance. It was inspiring to see how warm and friendly the people are despite all the adversity they have been through. The dinner we attended hosted by a family in Sarajevo was an absolute highlight.
There are not enough superlatives to describe the level of excellence that our Tour Director, Kassie Jones provided. Her attentiveness to details is remarkable. She anticipated needs even before we knew we had them.
Everyday, she brought something new and delightful to the experience from fun games we played on the coach to tasty treats to "hidden treasures" .... I could go on and on!
She is articulate and her knowledge of the countries we visited was deep and insightful. Her explanation of the Balkan War was especially helpful.
Her genuine caring for us made us feel like her personal guests. and not just paying clients.
She gave us many suggestions for things to do in our free time, places to have lunch, where to shop. etc. The local specialists she lined up were all excellent. The optional tours added immensely to the whole experience as well. Especially Montenegro - not to be missed.
The hotels all provided very good value for the money with the exception of the hotel in Split which I understand will not be used in future. It wasn't that bad ..it just was a disappointment after the others.
I highly recommend this trip. This was my first Costsaver trip and I like the concept.. I have been on five full Trafalgar Tours and would have no hesitation in going with Costsaver again.
Especially if Kassie Jones is the Tour Director!

This was our 5th Trafalgar Tour. The tour directors on all our other tours were extremely good, but we do have to say, that Kassie was over all the most accomplished.
Our Driver too was exceptional. For the most part he made time to have our cases in our rooms, before we returned. Needless to say, he was a most accomplished driver.

Our accommodation generally was of a good standard except in Split where it was well below par.

Kassie was able to share in our experience as well as remain professional. I learned a lot as well as had a lot of fun. She shared interesting information about Spain, her self confidence and great organisation meant our group always knew, where we were going, at what time, what would be happening there and why it was an interesting place. I always felt I was a valued and considered member of the group, as a lone traveller this was an important factor to the amazing time I shared with 24 people.

Cassie is personable,highly organised and switched on to the needs of the whole group as well as preferences of each traveller as an individual. Nothing was too much trouble as she assisted special sightseeing and sporting interests. Cassie provided local tips and knowledge pointing out unusual and interesting sights. Her incredible knowledge of local history and highlights was shared with us throughout the tour..Cassie frequently gave up her own precious free break time to assist us eg. Assisted in making bookings, replacing stolen medication or sought out gifts for the group or those celebrating special occassions. Cassie displayed a great sense of humour making our trip even more memorable and fun. As we tired she was able to lift our energy levels and spirits. Cassie provided us with a range of music and selection of topical videos for those long hours on the coach. Cassie is knowledgeable and an excellent communicator . She teamed well with our respected and skilful driver Pierdro and liased professionally with local tour guides and staff of tourist attractions. Cassie is an excellent problem solver as well as having insight and action plans to avoid potential problems.Thanks to Cassie for making our tour with Trafalgar our greatest lifetime memory and so much fun.

To celebrate our milestone birthdays, my husband and I decided that we wanted to see the highlights of Europe... and wow did we ever! Trafalgar and Kassie were an great combination and all in all we visited 14 countries in 36 days. The memories are overwhelming. Kassie was very organized and truly cared about everyone on the tour. She often went above and beyond my expectations. If a traveler had a "wish" of something they wanted to do (like golfing), Kassie would make suggestions about time and even help with booking the venue. An unforgettable lifetime experience perfectly handled and expertly carried out by Kassie and Trafalgar. Can't wait to see where our travels will take us to next!

As if the itinerary wasn't impressive enough, we got to have Kassie who couldn't do enough for us all, making a group tour feel personal and individually tailored to each one of us. Some of the personal touches that Kassie provided for us, included our own Facebook group, allowing us to share pictures, information and generally keep in touch, and at the end of our tour, she presented us all with our own copy of a DVD she created of our trip. What a wonderful souvenir of our trip! I cannot recommend Kassie highly enough and would feel privileged to travel with her again in the future. Thank you Kassie!

This was my first European trip and Trafalgar make it fun and worry free. Our tour guide John. was personable and a wonderful story teller. I'm planning my next trip with Trafalgar.
Everything was outstanding. Coach, Kate (tour guide), all other guides (except one), hotels, meals, itineraries, driver, sights, tours.
Two issues. Our Auschwitz tour guide had a very, very pronounce…Everything was outstanding. Coach, Kate (tour guide), all other guides (except one), hotels, meals, itineraries, driver, sights, tours.
Two issues. Our Auschwitz tour guide had a very, very pronounced accent and spoke very quickly making it difficult to understand him. Extremely knowledgeable but needs to slow down his speech. Loved that every tour guide throughout the country was a "local".
The other issue was that the optional tours available were charged in Euros and not Polish money.
Other than those "minor issues" the tour was truly outstanding, interesting, educational and fun!
