      The Travel Director will be advised of your dietary needs and will assist by advising the hotels and restaurants. Specific meals are on a request basis only as we do not have direct control over the food prepared and served at the hotels and restaurants. We will try our best to ensure that your requests are met. Regarding CPAP Machine, if you will be bringing one on tour, we will send you a short form that we need you to fill out, to let us know the relevant details.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
