For this tour the Safari Pass is optional and budgets for certain on ground costs incurred in the running of the tour, such as Kruger (entry and gamedriving) and Matobo. The Safari Pass is quoted in USD because normally clients pay it in cash to the tour driver.

  When can we do a "check out"? Where does the safari end in Victoria Falls? What is the driving time from this place to the Victoria Falls airport? What kind of transportation can you recommend us for the travel from Victoria Falls to the airport?

  Our usual stop off point is the Shearwater Explorers Village, in central Victoria Falls town. Allow 30 minutes to the Victoria Falls airport. Taxi. There are many in Victoria Falls. On the final day of the tour we walk from the hotel down to Vic Falls National park, pay for entry and then enter. You are then free to wander around as you wish. Most clients probably find 2-3 hours enough - so I am sure you can be finished by 11h30/12h00.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 19th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 19th, 2026, a minimum payment of $300 is required to confirm your booking with Acacia Adventure Holidays. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 61 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
