Do you pick up from Wyndham Istanbul Esenyurt Hotel? I've read on some sites that the luggage allowance is 15kgs. As I'm coming from overseas, my suitcase will be around 20-23kgs + my carry on. How do I go about this? For my return back to a hotel in Istanbul, can it be a different hotel? I'd like to stay in the centre of town after this trip. Also, what time would we roughly get back into Istanbul? Is there an option to do the hot air balloon ride and how much is this?

The hotel you mentioned is very very far from the city center and out of the insurance zone, so we would not be able to provide a pick-up from there. You would be able to purchase additional luggage online after you have booked and your tickets have been purchased. Since the package you are enquiring about ends with the flight back to Istanbul. There would be no transfer back to the hotel upon arrival, this can, however, be added on at a fee of 120 USD - Including greeting service upon arrival. You would be back at Istanbul in the evening, between 8 - 10 PM. The hot air balloon ride can certainly be added on, it costs 349 USD at the moment.

We can arrange for a pick-up at a cost upon arrival, as the package does not include an arrival transfer. The Price would be 120 USD - Including greeting service upon arrival. You would be arriving back at IST (New Airport) by default unless requested otherwise.

Excellent service from City of Sultans throughout our trip. Clear and regular communication from Yagiz regarding pick up times etc via WhatsApp. He must work 24/7 as was always available to answer questions! Transport connections all on time with drivers waiting at airports on arrival & on time for tours / drop offs. Tours were all great and as described. Special mention goes to Deniz in Cappadocia who was really knowledgable and passionate about sharing the fascinating history of the area. Deniz did a great job of accommodating the various needs of other guests (eg guests joining tour later in day) without compromising others. Unfortunately our balloon ride was cancelled due to weather. Yagiz rebooked for following day but again we were not lucky with the weather. Our money was however refunded promptly. No complaints regarding accommodation - clean comfortable rooms in both Istanbul and Cappadocia with warm & friendly staff. Worth noting that our accomodation in Cappadocia, the Arte Cave hotel is in Urgup rather than Goreme which is far less touristy but you wouldn’t see the balloons from there. Understand from others that alternative hotels can be provided on request. Highly recommend City of Sultans for flexible tours to meet customers requirements.Show more
