It needs a little improvement on the food offered, internet should be offered in the cabins as well and be free, and finally the gym had only one room bicycleShow more

  Luxor and Aswan Travel was perfect. The selected hotel in Cairo , Four Seasons , was great . The private car with driver and knowledgeable guide were responsible for the beautiful tours of the Pyramids, Cairo Museum and the many sites of Cairo. The Nile Cruise on board of the perfect Oberoi Zahra could not have been a better choice. Comfortable cabins, very good cuisine and one guide for every four passengers. In summary, Luxor and Aswan Travel was a perfect choice!Show more

  I booked a Cruise with this company, Mr. Mahmoud assisted me a lot. After I accidentally missed my flight to Luxor and arrived one day late, he helped me to figure out the time and took me to see the what I missed previous night. Tour guide Hamdy is a really nice person and I enjoyed the time in Egypt and I am looking forward to visit good again!Show more

  Since moment we boarded the M/Y Alexander the Great to the end of our 4 nights in it, we had the most wonderful journey through the Nile river. The views of the river were a gift from heaven to our senses, and since our cruise was going slow, we had the opportunity to enjoy all the Nile river beauty slowly as well. We were so fascinated by the Nile river views and the attention to detail and excellent cuisine of our cruise that we will come back to do this journey again in the same cruise of course.THANK YOU!!!Show more

  Everything excellent and well organised. The only pitfall and sometimes embarasment is this tipping practice which Europeans are not familiar with. I would prefer to buy a trip with everything included (including the tips) and know what exactly to expect than to wonder myself about how this works and ask around and feel bad about something or have staff members looking strangely at me if they are not satisfied witht he tips. Really dislike this and makes the trip unpleasant somehow. I gave 5 stars as we had it good but I would probably cut one star for this unpleasant situation. There were people on the boat which had everything included (tips) and they were much more relaxed. I will probably look for such a tour operator from now on instead.Show more

Tipping is an expression of your appreciation for another person and their efforts on your behalf. 2 - Tipping is not a mandatory or obligatory and can't be given in advance . It is a matter of appreciation and only to be valued by yourself after receiving the service 3 - Some tour operators are including the tipping on the full package , but we are not doing this as this way of inclusion makes you pay in advance something which you didn't experience ! It is not fair or logic that you pay in advance an obligatory amount for a service that you didn't get it or that you are not satisfied about it 4 - Including the tipping on the full package is leading sometimes to a way of exaggerating in the value of the tipping which could be not fair for the customer 5 - In our agency , we are very keen to provide our guests with an excellent trip ( as you describe it ) so we just highlight the custom average of the tipping to our customers and then we leave it to them for their fair appreciation depending mainly on their satisfaction Any how , all your comments had been taken into consideration and we do thank you very much for your trip with us Please accept all the best wishes of our team members Best Regards
