  I liked the trip and the places I went to. Well organized itinerary. What I did not enjoy was the size of the group and English being the second language. The local guides were knowledgeable. The hotels were all good. We changed tours guides midway of the trip and again at the end. If you only know English. Europamundo might not be a good choice for you.Show more

  Overall, the trip was good, but there were some pros and cons. Norway (minus Oslo) and Stockholm were my favorites. Cons: -The hotels in Copenhagen, Stockholm, and a few of the others were too far from the main attractions, it took an hour to walk to the hotel from the attractions. -There was not enough time in certain places to get food AND see the sights. There were only a couple designated food stops to actual restaurants to eat and the rest were quick food stops at grocery and convenience stores. There should be more time for food built into the itinerary. Also, with arrival so late in some places, not everyone wants to eat that late for dinner. -When we left Copenhagen to head to Odense, we were about an hour away when we had to turn around for another bus that had broke down and the passengers where going to the same place. This cut our time in Odense from 2 hrs to about 45 mins. This was not ok to do especially when it cuts into time we were supposed to have in a location! There were attractions I was really looking forward to. -Waiting for more than 5-10 minutes for people who are not on time or wander away is inconsiderate to everyone else's time. I have been on other tours where they do not wait and if you are not there on time, they will leave. Pros: -Raymundo (Ray) was a really good tour guide, only issue was the swearing. We had 3 different tour guides and none of them gave their number in case of emergency or issues. I have had others do that. -Really enjoyed the amount of time we had in Bergen and wish we had that in some other cities. It was enough time to enjoy the sites and get actual food. -Liked the morning tours and wish we had a few more in other cities. (Oslo was the least favorite and we didn't even get shown the location of the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony.) -The bathroom breaks every 2 hrs was a VERY good thing! Only issue was we weren't allowed to use the bathroom on the bus and that would have been nice for some of the 3 hr rides.Show more

  Great itinerary for a first-timer in Scandinavia, but the days allotted in Copenhagen is very short. Overall, experience was great, I can recommend this tour to my friends and family, it was organized, time well spent. Also the free time given to explore the places was enough, I didn’t feel rushed. Tour-guides were nice, friendly, engaging and assisted with needs.Show more
