The entire trip of Canadian Capitals was an awesome experience.We must place on record our appreciation of Mr Luis our Tour Manager who took care of us during the entire journey. We were the only English speaking members our Group with rest being South American Members speaking Spanish. But Mr Luis never made us feel left out and tried his level best to Translate the entire Narrative verbatim.Our special thanks are also due to young and dynamic Michael our Driver for the Tour who made our tour memorable one indeed.Show more

The itinerary was well-planned. There were many long drives, but the group I travelled with made it fun and lively. Louis (tour manager) was very knowledgeable and helpful. The driver was skilful and friendly. The tour guides engaged for the city tour in Quebec and Toronto were not engaging and did not share much information. The Montréal City tour guide was good. The hotels were generally good. The hotel in Montreal was very old, felt creepy and the flooring had stains and holes. The hotel in Ottawa, Quebec and Toronto were good.Show more

Very poor tour leader and all main attractions closed. Also 2 of the 3 city guides very poor with language issues....
Very poor tour leader and all main attractions closed. Also 2 of the 3 city guides very poor with language issues. Tour booked on the understanding that English would be spoken. With the exception of a single guide in Montreal all were very poor with myself and Hilary Chalmers being overlooked on several occasions. The final straw was when the tour leader packed us off in a taxi from Niagara Falls to the hotel in Toronto on the day prior to the trip ending.with no contact details in case of emergencies. I would not recommend this holiday to anyone travelling from the UK. Extremely disappointed that neither the boat trip at Niagara Falls or at the 1000 islands did not go ahead as the season didn't open until the 6 May and our tour finished on the 4 May.. Holiday sold under false pretences as these trips would only have gone ahead with private bookings.Show more

Tour guide Walter and driver Serge were spectacular, however the trip itself with the hotels left something to be desired. Difficult to find meals in places, hotels were old and had no staff to clean during our stays...leaving 3 days of dirty towels and garbage in rooms was tasteless. Breakfasts served at hotels were poor. The trip itself with the sites we saw, was very interesting. Would not go through TourRadar for another trip due to poor communication and planning difficulties.Show more
