Hi team I travelled from Australia to see cape Breton highlands. On the single day of our visit to the highlands our coach had technical brake failure. We were forced to wait for a replacement coach for 3 and half hours. This pretty much wiped out the afternoon session of our day trip to the highlands. Additionally I was not advised that Atlantic tour would be taking us. There was no one at the hotel to meet on arrival and as per our iitenerary.Show more
