Greg was kind and approachable. We always knew expectations re timing of breakfast, bags out and bus times. WhatsApp was a great way of communicating as inevitably I let info pass by me. Some of the optional tours weren’t much - the wildlife park was upsetting re the animals didn’t look cared for. ie the polar bear and quite a few of the enclosures were without animals I would have liked another 2 night stay pushing out the tour to 21 days perhaps allowing time in one of the cities for more of a look around. Ha not Oslo! Kind regards. Julie Marshall.
