    At the moment, the Summer 2027 departures are not available yet. Europamundo is expected to release the 2027 schedules gradually, and departures after March 2027 are usually available around November 2026.

    The following regular Terms and Conditions will apply:
    Penalty 1:
    31 days or more: Euro 100
    From 30 to 11 days before departure: Euro 100 + 10 % of booking cost (tour and any extra services booked)
    From 10 to 01 days before departure: Euro 100 + 25 % of booking cost (tour and any extra services booked)
    No show: 100 % of booking cost (tour and any extra services booked)
    
    Penalty 2:
    Applied in tours including cruises, domestic flight incorporated, tours for private groups (privatized and Trip Styles) and the tours in Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Oceania.
    31 days or more: Euro 100
    30/21 days before the circuit starts: 100 euro + 10% of booking cost (tour and any extra services booked)
    20/11 days before the circuit starts: 100 euro + 20% of booking cost (tour and any extra services booked)
    10/3 days before the circuit starts: 100 euro + 30% of booking cost (tour and any extra services booked)
    During the 48 hours before the circuit starts: 100 euro + 50% of booking cost (tour and any extra services booked)
    No Show 100%
    
    Penalty 3:
    In some cases, like tours including cruises, or tours to Kenia, Tanzania, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand or the ones fixated directly on your itinerary, an additional 20% penalty will apply on top of Penalty 2
    
    No shows at the start of the trip, without prior cancellation, will not be entitled to any refund (except force majeure, which will be examined on a case by case basis).
    Different cancellation conditions apply for some programs (circuits that include train / airplane / cruise routes; or circuits to Kenya and Tanzania); and during particularly difficult dates (fairs, special events, periods involving increased hotel booking difficulties).

    For the From Copenhagen to Helsinki tour, seeing the Northern Lights (Auroras) is not guaranteed and, in most cases, not included as part of the itinerary.
    
    This route mainly visits cities such as Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Helsinki, which are not far enough north to reliably see auroras.
    
    Additionally, auroras are best seen:
    In northern regions (like Lapland)
    During winter months (roughly September to March)
    Under very specific weather and solar activity conditions
    
    Since this tour focuses on capital cities and cultural highlights, it is not designed for aurora viewing.
    
    If seeing the Northern Lights is a priority, I would recommend looking into itineraries that travel further north (e.g., northern Norway or Finland).

  why the available dates for the 10 day tour only had through March? Then a couple minutes ago they dates available showed up through Sept or so. Now it's disappeared again. Why, don't they want people to book the tour like in May or June?

    The first day you will have not activities, It is a free day. So you can arrive any time you want, just keep in mind the check in. Information about the start of your tour will be provided either in the afternoon or through information signs located at the hotel reception. Check in and check out in room: Generally, hotel rooms will be available from 14:00 hours and are to be vacated at 10:00 am.

    No, it is not necessary to pay in full, just the deposits and you can choose to pay instalment.
