  Dear Europamundo Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the handling of my taxi fare refund request. I was never informed that the airport transfer service only covered a single pickup. Had I been made aware of this policy before booking, I would have reconsidered or made other arrangements. This misunderstanding appears to be a result of poor communication between your staff and the customer. I had clearly informed TourRadar about there being two separate arrivals, and I expected this information to be properly noted and communicated. It is disappointing that my refund request has been refused despite the miscommunication not being my fault. This experience has left me very unsatisfied, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend Europamundo to my family or friends based on this incident. We would like to kindly clarify that the initial information, as indicated in the itinerary, is provided through posters placed at the hotel receptions, which are clearly visible for all passengers. Also, please note that there is no meet and greet with a guide on the first day of the trip, which is standard for our tours. Regarding dietary needs, Europamundo always does its best to communicate these requirements to hotels and restaurants in advance. However, once the guests are at the local restaurants, we unfortunately have limited control over their internal operations. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate your understanding that this is something beyond our direct influence.   Although it was my first bus tour and am not sure whether I would travel like this again, I was able to enjoy this tour. The route as well as the hotels were well picked (although IMHO too expensive/fancy for just one night each) and the itinerary was not as packed as expected. There usually was enough time to stroll around and get to see less-touristy places.Show more

  This tour started out badly when our transfer driver didn’t show up …another tour guide called the company for us and...
  This tour started out badly when our transfer driver didn’t show up …another tour guide called the company for us and we finally got underway 40 minutes later. There was no information posted as was promised and the tour guide never made an appearance as was expected. We just saw a brief notice saying time of departure only because we checked the desk before going to bed. Hotels were just places to sleep…very little in way of amenities. Sometimes rooms had not been cleaned and door keys did not work. Luggage had to be hauled down each. morning and hauled up each night. Tour guide seemed uninformed of available rest stop areas and restaurants…so no food was provided after breakfast, suggestions as to where to find food would have been appreciated. Directions at stops along the way were poorly given…printouts of points of interest or a map of the area would have been nice. I will never recommend this group and certainly never take another Tourradar tour.Show more

It is essential for passengers to check this poster for any updates. Regarding the transfer and hotel cleaning issues, we did not receive any information about these problems during the circuit, so we were unable to assist you at that time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Additionally, as stated in our general terms, we do not offer porter services, so passengers are responsible for their own luggage. Meal times are free, and while the guide does not suggest restaurants, passengers have access to a specific section about meals in the link provided with their trip, where restaurant recommendations can be found. We regret if this information was not adequately explained to you. For suggestions on what to do in the cities visited, the “My Trip” link provided by your travel agency before the circuit is available. We apologize if the use of this link was not explained to you.   I enjoyed many parts of the tour and thought Carolina was a very good guide. I would have liked to have been able to access a more detailed itinerary from the website prior to booking so that Id have known the we only had a few hours in Oslo, which I felt was far too little time. The tour guides in Oslo and Stockholm were clearly knowledgeable, but their English language skills were lacking somewhat. My largest complaint about the conduction of the tour was the final day in Stockholm in which we had a guided tour for the whole group that ended very abruptly. I had not signed on for the extra/optional second part of the tour, but Id assumed I would be dropped off at the hotel after the initial part of the tour concluded. Instead we were essentially abandoned without any notice or explanation in a part of town that was a few miles away from the hotel. I would have appreciated it if wed been told in advance that we would not be returned to the hotel so that I could have planned accordingly. The hotel selections were very good, and the breakfast included with those hotels was very delicious. Show more

  I went with my whole family, we had a blast. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable of all the places we went to, she was funny, and such a caring person. The only thing I'd have to suggest to others is probably spend an extra day in Copenhagen and Sweden before and after the tour because you don't have enough time in the tour to explore, it's quite rushed.Show more
