Enjoyed the Oslo to Sweden bus trip with Orefro en route, Stockholm was great, the Viking cruise ferry to Finland was so fun followed by bus to Helsinki and Soumalina fortress ferry. Hotel breakfasts were good. The mixing of so many different streams of tours was a logistical challenge reducing the enjoyment, understandably profitable for the company. Guides varied in their ability to sort out the confusion. A devoted Japanese language guide was great for the Japanese. Additional guides one for every 10-15 customers might be a solution. Disabling restrooms in the buses is below modern standards. Information at hotels for travellers joining could be more bold, clear and proactive instead of late and hidden. For this mass confusion to survive more work needs to be done though it seems the company is serving a mainly Spanish speaking customer base that may be accepting of such quality for the price. Huge potential for improvement in customer experience with minor tweaks because the fundamentals are already in place.Show more

The last tour I did with Europamundo we did not have mic commentary from the guide and I can see now we have missed some of the commentary after hearing such detail on this tour.
