  A wonderful trip! We had both Spanish and English speaking guides that were considerate of our time. When possible they divided the buses with English and Spanish guests. We had two favorites guides, Victor and Raymundo. Both outstanding, knowledgeable and helpful. This was a fast paced tour and I was impressed that hotels were pre- registered, busses always waiting for us and no apparent snags. Having traveled extensively the organization with a lot of people, moving everyday, visiting 5 different countries, several tours, cruises etc everything went quite smoothly. Highly recommend this tour and especially Victor and Raymundo!Show more

  I just get back from a 12 days tours with Europamundo which operated under the name of TourRadar . Europomundo is not...
  I just get back from a 12 days tours with Europamundo which operated under the name of TourRadar . Europomundo is not like TourRadar at all the way they are operated and the organisation are very pour compare to TourRadar that was traveling with a couple years ago. TourRadar had another way of doing thing it was having all English speaking people together it was not a mixiure like Europomundo while we were in the group with the majority of people are Spanish of course I understand because it is a Spanish company those guide favors more the Spanish speaking by spending hours to them and when it comes to the minority of English speaking they just spend some minutes also we are always the last to get to the hôtel after a long driving and exhausted day first they dropped the Japanese, second the Spanish which are always be in some Scandic Hôtel in some good area. When it comes to us our hôtel sometime is localted in some area not looking as good as the other.; it’s happen one day after a long driving day we arrive at one of the hôtel that we were not booking at the guide brought us to another one with the same scénario until we find a third hotel that had booked us in for the night almost by midnight. Everybody was more than exhausted. So touring with Europomundo as an English speaking person was not a good expérience for me and I will advice some of you English speaking to be awared of this kind of be treatment because they get particularity and it is not what someone will expect for what they pay for . So be careful choose wisely your next travel agent for your vacation..Show more

Our tours are multilingual, and this is always communicated before booking, as we are a multinational company welcoming travelers from many countries. We believe this multicultural environment enriches the experience, as it allows travelers not only to discover the destination but also to learn from the customs and cultures of their fellow travelers, creating unique experiences. Regarding our guides, all provide the same attention and information in different languages. We understand that, due to the naturally warm personality of some Latin guides, it may seem that certain passengers receive more attention, but there is absolutely no favoritism: all travelers are treated equally. Concerning accommodations, hotel assignments are based on availability and logistics, never on nationality or language. All hotels used on this tour are of the same category, located in safe areas, and have access to public transportation. We have reviewed the hotel allocations for this tour, and locations were similar for all passengers. Regarding what happened in Oslo, unfortunately, the hotel had initially confirmed all rooms, but upon the group’s arrival, the hotel had overbooked and reassigned some of the rooms. In this situation, both our guide and the Europamundo team acted quickly: a new hotel was provided, taxis were arranged, and a dinner was offered as compensation. We understand this was an inconvenient situation, but it was beyond our control, and we did our best to resolve it promptly for your comfort. We truly appreciate your feedback, which helps us continue improving. We regret that you felt there was unequal treatment, but please rest assured that at Europamundo, all our travelers are equally important, and we always strive to provide a satisfying experience for everyone.   The guide was poor; the first day of the trip was confusing. He didn't show up until the next morning, as he didn't provide much explanation of what was what. too long bus rides. not many stops for sightseeing. not organized. Bus seating people rushing in to get the front seats, the same people were always in the front seats. I told the guide we needed to rotate the seats, but he didn't listen. The whole trip experience was not a good one. I travel a lot, but this was the worst.Show more

This is informed clearly before booking, and a welcome poster is placed at the hotel with all the relevant information. There is no welcome meeting on that day, as it is designed to be flexible. About the guide, we understand that personal preferences vary, and while their style may not have matched yours, all our guides are trained professionals with extensive experience. We trust their work and regret that this was not your perception. Finally, bus seats are taken in order of arrival each day.   Great Experience Despite the Hustle! The tour was a wonderful way to see many breathtaking places that would be hard to visit on your own. It was well-organized overall, especially considering the challenge of managing so many people from different backgrounds and time zones. Bus rides were long and tiring at times, and the time spent at some attractions felt too short. However, the experience of meeting new people, exploring multiple destinations, and having everything arranged for you made it worthwhile. It could feel a bit overwhelming with different guides, buses, and languages, but going with the flow is key. Thumbs up to the team for doing their best under complex logistics.Show more

  This is my first tour (Europamundo) that I was not really impressed with. Changing groups almost daily, lack of communication and 3 full buses checking into the same hotel at the same time causes total gridlock to everyone trying to get to their rooms after a long day of travel.Show more

  I made a Reservation with Tourradar and not with Europamundo. I did not like how they were combined! I did not expect the entire Tour with TWO Language Tour guides! It was extremely UN pleasant to enjoy the tour when the guild's were Non Stop explaining in Two Different languages! If I had any idea that this would happen I would have never gone on this Tour!! There are many other Tour Campines to choose from! There was enough people that Europamundo could have had "Separate Tours". One Tour exclusively in English and the other in Spanish!!Show more
