During the trek, you can generally expect to spend around 4 to 5 hours per day actively hiking. As for the distance covered, the trek typically spans between 8 to 10 kilometers per day. Regarding group size, on average, our groups consist of around 4 to 10 fellow travelers. But there is no guarantee that others will be on the same trek, so in case no one books, you will have the trek private and pay an extra 50%.

Nice way to get a quick overview of the beauties of the region efficiently. Transportation was A1 and on time and accomodation was good. Restaurants along the way were pricy and average, but the one with the pool was much appreciated! The local guides were helpful and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the camel ride in the desert although information was scarce at this point... possibly a language barrier. Note that the "luxury camp" option does not include a/c and nights can be very hot in the summer. Communications with the tour organizer (Desert Brise) are easy.Show more

Pick up arrived on time (even earlier!), food was ok, dormitory at the refuge was clean, comfortable and relatively quiet, considering 12 people were sharing the room, and showers were much appreciated. Our guide was nice but spoke very little english and no french so conversation and information were sadly kept to a minimum. Emphasis should be put on the need to bring a head lamp and flip flops!Show more

We chose the four-day tour in the Atlas Mountains, including the ascent of Toubkal, so that we could spend more time in the mountains. We are very satisfied with our guide Mohammad, who, together with his son, accompanied our group throughout the trip. They took care of everything. The cooks also traveled with us. Perhaps we would have liked a more substantial breakfast (for example, more eggs instead of more bread :) ), but overall, we are happy with everything. Would I recommend Desert Brise to friends? Yes. The entire trip was organized remotely, and the agency representative answered all of my questions. Everything was safe and reliable - we paid for the trip in advance. The driver arrived to pick us up on time, and I always had contact details for a local person Hakim in case any issues came up and we needed assistance. I am truly satisfied with the work of the agency staff.Show more

  Any sleeping bag is fine as weather is not cold. We have plenty of blankets. By liter I mean headlamp. This trip will be private if no one books on the same date, with extra fees.
