  Have been reading about the optional extras, not listed but says that we need to pay cash to tour guide, does that mean cash cash or can we use cards When will the final documents be available with the optional tours

    Optional excursions that are not pre-booked are paid directly to your tour leader at the start of the tour. Payment is generally cash only, but we now accept cards. Your final travel documents, including information about your optional excursions, will be sent closer to your departure date. If your departure is approaching and you have not yet received them, please let us know and we'll be happy to check the status for you.

    Is the Flam railway in the tour ? If not is there time to do it?

    The Flåm Railway is not included as part of this tour Copenhagen to Helsinki. However, on Day 6 ( Bergen to Oslo), you will be in the Flåm area as part of the scenic journey through the fjords, including the Nærøyfjord and Aurlandsfjorden cruise option from Gudvangen to Flåm.
    
    Please note that due to the nature of the itinerary and timings, there is unfortunately not enough free time built in to independently add the Flåm Railway excursion during the tour day.
    
    In terms of group size, our tours typically run with a maximum of 48 travellers per coach, allowing for a comfortable and social group experience while travelling through Scandinavia.

    Regarding your question about visiting Estonia from Helsinki: our tours are standardized and fixed, so we do not have any add-ons or the ability to modify the itinerary. A day trip to Estonia is not included, and adding extra days is not possible within this tour structure.

    This tour includes a scenic fjord experience as part of the journey from Bergen through Gudvangen and along the Nærøyfjord and Aurlandsfjorden to Flåm. There is also an optional Viking Village & Norwegian Fjords Cruise that you can book on tour for a more immersive fjord experience, including a stop at Njardarheimr Viking village and a fjord cruise to Flåm. This optional excursion is additional and priced separately, while the included fjord views are part of your coach journey.

    Hotels on this tour are 3–4 star standard and centrally located in each city, allowing easy access to key attractions and public transport. If you plan to arrive a day early, you're welcome to book the hotel independently — you can check in and join the tour the next day at the scheduled meeting point without issue.

    The tour does include overnight ferry crossings, including Hirtshals to Bergen and Stockholm to Helsinki. Cabins are provided and typically include private bathrooms, with many rooms featuring windows or portholes so you can enjoy the scenery. Meals are included on the ferry if your arrival or departure coincides with the start or end of the tour, otherwise they can be purchased on board.

    For our Tours, the Hotels that are used ranges from 2-4 Stars (2 star Hotels are for those Heritage Hotels). Since our Tours are offered as a package, we cannot provide customizations such as the Hotels that are used for the tour.

Next, enjoy a guided tour of Bryggen, Bergen's iconic old wharf renowned for its traditional wooden houses. Then, see Bergen from above! Take the Fløibanen funicular to the top of Mount Fløyen and marvel at the 360° views. Finally, travel back down to the city centre for an included drink at the Magic Ice Bar.   Would you please provide a detailed itinerary of Copenhagen to Helsinki 13 days tour such as the hours of breakfast, the time tours begin, the duration of the tours, the amount of free time on each day, etc. I would like to know just how intensive this tour is before booking.

    As each tour and departure is prepared with the most personalized details to ensure that best experience for all travelers, we do not have a guide for the timings that we can share to customers. This is only reserved for the Tour Leaders so that they can prepare the itinerary and make real time adjustments in case there are factors that may affect the timings.
    
    What we can share is that this tour has an early start of an average from 6:00 AM to 7AM with breakfast and that we incorporate Walking Tours that may run up to 3 Hours.
