  Itinerary was too short each day. Group was too big. Please use headsets for communication during the tour. Combined Spanish & English communication & group was challenging. Information were not clear when separating the groups, inconsistent information between English speaking & Spanish speaking groups. Hotel location were out of way, far away and isolated location. Radisson chain is way better than Scandic chain (no amenities and lower grades hotel conditions). Do not expect much from the package.Show more

The schedules are carefully planned to allow sufficient time in each location, and we regret if it seemed too short on some days. Regarding the group size and communication, our tours are multicultural and multilingual by design, and this is clearly communicated before purchase as part of the unique experience we offer. We appreciate your comments about the headset use and will share this with our operations team for consideration. Concerning hotel locations, while they may not always be in the city center, all hotels contracted meet the required standards and offer easy access to public transportation, as indicated prior to booking.   Ok but very confusing at the beginning. Told to get in one coach, then told to get off and get on another, then told to take our luggage back to hotel and get back on second coach. Nobody knew what was going on. Also no other people from the uk. Mostly Indian, Japanese, Chinese, Malayan people.Show more

  Guide was a very poor English speaker. At many stops we were so rushed we couldn't enjoy the stop. Tour not organized around meals, missed lunches and dinners. Not the same group throughout the tour. People joined and left at each city. Part of the tour was mixed with Spanish speakers. Not sure if English speakers received the same information as Spanish speakers. I would not tour with this company again.Show more

We also mention that our tours are bilingual, and I understand that this may not be ideal for everyone, but it is a feature that allows all our passengers to enjoy the experience, regardless of their native language. Regarding the organization of the tour, I would like to clarify that our trips are designed to offer the possibility of starting and ending in different cities, thus providing our clients with the opportunity to personalize their experience. We understand that this approach may not appeal to everyone, but it is consistent with the logic of our services. As for your comment about the guide's level of English, I am sorry that you had this impression. We are surprised to receive this observation, as all our guides have an official C1 level English certification, a requirement to work with us. Nonetheless, we will forward your comment to the relevant department for further investigation. Finally, I would like to assure you that all passengers receive the same information during the tour, although it is true that each guide has their own communication style, which may not align with the expectations of all travelers.   I travelled from Copenhagen, Denmark through Sweden, Finland and then on to Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland and...
  I travelled from Copenhagen, Denmark through Sweden, Finland and then on to Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland and back to Berlin. I was hesitant about these trips, because the majority of people are Spanish/Portuguese speaking. But, the guides both spoke English well and there were a couple other people who spoke some English so it went well. Tony and Bijo were excellent guides with a vast knowledge of each place we went. Even if you asked something they didn't know, they would find out for you. Tony and Bijo went above and beyond to make everyone's trip the very best experience. Some mention the hotels being a bit far, which in most cases didn't bother me, as we were close to public transportation. There were a couple instances where I agreed that the hotel should have been a bit closer to the touristic area. These trips are designed for independent travelers as there is a lot of free time to explore on your own, but you almost always have a city tour before the free time to orient yourself.Show more

We received your request to switch the tour language to Spanish, and our customer service team swiftly got on the case. Unfortunately, during the high season, every seat was taken, and we couldn't swing the change for you. You should have informed your travel agency earlier regarding your decision. We truly wish we could've accommodated your request. We get that everyone's travel style is different, and some passengers might find certain parts of our itineraries a bit full-on or the bus rides a tad lengthy. To keep things crystal clear, we lay it all out in our itineraries, covering everything from distances between points to estimated departure and arrival times, expected bus ride durations, details about guided tours, free time allocations, and info on included entrances. It's all there so you can take the reins and plan your adventure at your own pace. And with over 500 itineraries, there's no shortage of options for those who prefer a more laid-back travel experience with fewer destinations. Thanks again for sharing your review.   We travelled the final leg of our Scandinavian trip with your company Europamundo, from Sweden to Helsinki. Total confusion re time our transfer was to pick us up from our hotel to join another group of yours in another hotel in Sweden. We eventually had to get our own taxi to join your big group. Ferry trip was fine but when we got to the hotel in Helsinki, twice we were given keys to our room and on both occasions there were guests already in the rooms. Third time lucky we got keys to a vacant room. This was unacceptable. The hotel did upgrade us after much complaining. Obviously their is a lack of communication between your group leaders, the hotels & your travellers. I will not be travelling with Europando again.Show more
