  Accomodations where very nice and several walking tours. Travel experience on the road was like paying to be on a high school bus for 16 days. Instead of scolding individuals whom did not take advantage of restroom stops, came to bus late or brought food on the bus we all had to hear it from our guide thru the speaker system over and over again. Not an enviroment to enjoy a paid holiday.Show more

  The positive: (1) Most of the guides are well behaved, professional and very kind. (2) Tour coverage and variation are excellent within acceptable pace. The negatives: (1) Changing tour guide and group 4 times throughout the tour is frustrating. (2) Cancellation of overnight stay and included dinner at Kitzbuhel (which is our priority to join this tour) (3) Time allocated in some attraction or highlighted location is rather too short. Some precious times are wasted to spend at not so important places. (Time allocation priority should be arranged better) (4) Some hotels are very remote to mini market or places to eat, make it difficult for the evening or emergency need like medicines.Show more

  Tour was good overall. A bit intense, sometimes disorganized and late but the guides did everything they could to make things up. This tour could improve by eliminating a couple of stops that are not that relevant. In trying to make more interesting by visiting as many places as possible, the overall tour is tight, rushed and hectic.Show more

  The tour ran smoothly. The tour guides ( Ra-id, Mario, Martin and Eva were efficient with their responsibilities. All were pleasant and approachable. I just wish they would be more assertive dealing with challenging tourists (late-comers, loud and disrespectful). Over-all we enjoyed the tour and looking forward to travel with Europamundo.Show more

  This tour is poorly run and leaves out a lot of details such as the fact that you get passed between different groups...
  This tour is poorly run and leaves out a lot of details such as the fact that you get passed between different groups constantly, lots of things that are scheduled throughout the tour are unclear and unsatisfactory when actually doing them, Some examples include walking outside of the Colosseum but not actually going in and being taken to the Atomium in Brussles and only having 7 minutes to get out of the bus and take a photo. It also doesnt guarantee that your tour will be entirely in your own language the whole time, since for 2 of our 6 tour guides across the trip we were mixed with a Spanish speaking group and often didn't get translations for many things since all of the guides are native Spanish speakers. The tour also tends to place you in hotel airports, which are far from city centres and don't give you time to explore or stay out on your own if you happen to want to stay out later than when the bus takes you back to the hotel. In most cities we only had at most 2 hours to see anything and make our own way back to the bus. There are also many extra paid activities which was not made clear to us when booking this tour.Show more

In cases of bilingual groups, our guides hold a minimum B2 (Upper Intermediate) English certificate, ensuring seamless communication and historical narration in both English and Spanish. Should any difficulty arise in understanding the guide, passengers are encouraged to request clearer communication or contact our emergency numbers. Guide reassignments can be arranged if the issue persists. Regrettably, no communications were received from your end via our emergency 24/7 hotline and WhatsApp, hindering our ability to address your concerns promptly. Additionally, Europamundo has carefully selected hotels to provide necessary comfort, varying in series but consistently offering an excellent price/quality ratio.   So honestly when we were assigned to this company through Tour Radar and looked at the reviews we were a little worried. I tried to hope for the best and assume that people who DO NOT have great experiences write more reviews. I was absolutely correct. We had AMAZING tour guides. Knowledgeable, kind, helpful. I think this company does an amazing job of moving people from one destination to another especially when it seems that itineraries overlap offering everyone the trip they desire. The hotels far outweighed our expectations. Of course there were small hiccups with time losses and changes in plans for the day but for the price and to get a brief view of Europe I would call it an outstanding tour.Show more

  Overall I, and my companions, enjoyed the trip however there were some significant elements which we were not happy with. On the TWO itineraries we received for Rome the following was noted: "08.30hrs- In the morning, we have a scenic tour of the city, which will be a great introduction to “The Eternal city”. We enter the tinystate of the Vatican. The Vatican City is a principal centre of Christianity in the world. You will be able to visit St. Peter’s Basilica. And wehave also included admission to the Roman Coliseum, the principal symbol of Rome.’ Day 2: Rome TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: City tour of Rome. Roman Coliseum (admission price included). It’s clear from the above two notes that we would visit the Coliseum – admission included! Yet, we did NOT visit the Colosseum but walked through the less interesting and impressive Forum. We were very disappointed as the Colosseum was one of the sites we were looking forward to visiting. We were not aware of Europamundo's 'circuit' format which required we frequently changed coaches, drivers and tour directors. This was somewhat disconcerting as we were required to remember which bus we were on and who our director was at a time when we were on holidays and looking for something of a stress free vacation. Most of the tour directors were excellent, though we found the second director, who travelled with us from Innsbruk to Prague, was at times brusque and seemed to prioritise Spanish-speaking travellers when they joined us. We were disappointed that most of the options were not raised with us - except the option to Moulin Rouge because tickets had not been pre-booked. Similarly, we waited hours to access the Eiffel Tower because tickets had not been pre-purchased despite the fact that it was part of the trip rather than an option. We had pre-paid for a canal trip in Amsterdam, however it wasn't mentioned by the director and so we missed out on that. We were reimbursed. Though we enjoyed the trip and cities we visited, for the reasons above I wouldn’t choose Europamundo for future vacations,.Show more

Please note that, as outlined in your itinerary, the timeline of the tour is tentative. Therefore, passengers need to check the informative sheets we provide on the information board of the hotel. It is also worth mentioning that, as indicated in the detailed itinerary, during the low season and on specific dates throughout the year, instead of the entrance to the Imperial Forums, we will enter the Roman Colosseum, the symbol of Rome. We apologize if this caused you any inconvenience. To enhance the overall travel experience, we assign expert guides for each circuit segment, ensuring a seamless flow. We also offer flexibility for our passengers; if preferred, they can opt-out of different segments of each circuit. For example, if point A is the starting city, another passenger can conclude their tour in the same city or use it as an interchange point to continue their journey to a different destination (details available in our terms and conditions). If a passenger finds it difficult to understand the guide or feels dissatisfied, they can ask the guide to speak more clearly or reach out to our emergency numbers. If the problem persists, we can reassign the guide. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication from your end regarding the issue you encountered with the second guide during your tour while you were still on the route. Therefore, we were not able to address your concerns in real time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please note that the local government has blocked access to pre-book tickets for the entrance to the Eiffel Tower for the group to avoid creating a black market. The guide has to lead the whole group to queue and show the passengers to the ticket sellers to obtain entrances. Also, please be aware that optional outings require a minimum number of passengers to be conducted. When this minimum number is not met, unfortunately, we are not able to run the tour. Your canceled optional excursion has been fully refunded to your credit card. Once again, we thank you for taking the time to leave us your review to help us continue to improve. Europamundo team
