    The 8:30 am flight from Cairo to Hurghada is going to be a bit risky, with consideration of any international flight delay that might happen for any circumstances, in addition the immigration procedures and luggage pick up might take approximately 1 hour. Unfortunately, the alternative flight option will be around 16:25 pm, so many hours waiting at the airport is a waste of time.

    Note, the Hot Air Balloon trip is not included in this package but available with extra charge. Yes, the Hot Air Balloon trip can be decided but if it gets canceled due to bad weather, you will be fully refunded but if you decide on the 16th it will depend upon the availability.

    If we do not select the private Abu Simbel option, do we still have a regular (group) visit to the site included? Can we decide closer to the date (in Aswan) whether to upgrade to the private Abu Simbel tour?

    Regarding the clause: 'If Abu Simbel trip is cancelled due to bad weather, refund is USD 30 per person'. Could you please clarify why the refund is USD 30 when the private tour price is USD 140 per person?

    Regarding the entrance fees to the sightseeing, you can buy them on spot at the entrance gate of each site or online but preferred to be on the same day after following the guide's instructions regarding the timing and next visit

    Yes, Abu Simbel trip sharing a group in a bus or minibus is included. You can decide whether to upgrade to the private trip on spot, but maximum on the arrival date to be able to issue the government permission.

    Tipping to The guides, drivers, porters and cruise crew are Not included means, they are mandatory. Nobody will collect the Tipping from you but you will pay the people by yourself, except for the Nile Cruise where they will give you an evelope on the last day to collect the Tipping from all the travelers on the cruise, then they will divided on everyone in the scene or behind the walls

    It is available to add an extra night on board the cruise to do 4 Nights Cruise Luxor to Aswan instead of the 3 Nights and pay only the price difference between the hotel night in Aswan and the cruise night, so you can have more relaxing trip

    The Desert Safari Tour sounds fun. Am I right in believing it could only be booked for Saturday evening? Would the quad bike ride be suitable/doable for a 7 years old? How much energy demanding is it (considering that on Saturday we would still be recovering from our flights)?

    Children who are 12 years and above are considered adults at Hotels, trains and Nile Cruise but at sightseeing they will be treated as students with 50% discount with one condition of having a valid student cards.

    Since your number are 5 members, you will get 2 rooms (1 double and one triple). The triple room on the cruise is the same size of the double room and they add an extra bed. For student IDs, it is important to have proof that the student is still in school with any valid ID of the school or college.
