Itinerary
- Day 1
Hotel/Residence to Masai Mara
Your hotel pickup happens at 7 am for the drive toward Masai Mara. You'll stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint along the way to take in the views across the valley floor. Once you arrive at the lodge with time to spare before lunch, get settled and then head out for an afternoon game drive. By evening you're back at the lodge for dinner and to rest up for the days ahead.

Masai Mara
This day is all about exploring Masai Mara searching for the Big Five across the reserve. You'll have picnic lunches out in the field as you move around, particularly along the Mara River where wildlife congregates. If you're interested, an optional hot air balloon safari departs early in the morning and gives you a completely different perspective of the landscape.

- Day 3
Masai Mara to Hotel/Residence
After breakfast you check out and start the drive back to Nairobi. There's a lunch stop at a traveller's motel partway through, then you continue on. Before heading to the lodge, you have the option to visit a local Maasai village if that interests you. From there you're dropped at your hotel or residence to finish up your trip.
