It's recommended to arrive in Nairobi at least one day before the tour start to settle in and prepare.

Are visas required for all tour participants?

Yes, visas are required. US passport holders require a visa in advance for Kenya and can obtain a visa at the border for Tanzania.

What provisions are made for dietary requirements?

Any dietary requirements like vegetarian or gluten-free needs can be accommodated. Please inform us in advance.

Do you provide accommodations before the tour starts?

We can arrange pre-tour accommodation and airport transfers if needed. Please provide your details early.

Can we bring children on the tour?

Children must be 18 years or over to participate in the tour.

We have 4 adults and are looking to book this Kenya & Tanazania trip either in late August or any time in October. We are fairly flexible on dates.

Most departures are still available but please do let me know which date suits you best. The header that came through to us was 02 June. If that departure is of interest then do let me know as we are nearing our final planning point for that departure and would certainly welcome you aboard.

Can you arrange a different ending location for the tour?

Tours can be customized to end at different locations upon request. For instance, ending at Zanzibar Island is possible.

Guide knew the route and risks well, prepared the group well.
