Itinerary
- Day 1
Nairobi to Masai Mara
You'll depart Nairobi in the early morning and head south toward Masai Mara. There's a stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint where you can take in the escarpment views before continuing through Narok. By lunch time you'll arrive at the campsite for a meal, then head out on an afternoon game drive. Black-maned lions and other wildlife are out there to spot. Settle into Enkerok Camp for dinner and your first night.

- Day 2
Masai Mara
The full day is dedicated to game viewing across Masai Mara's grasslands and rolling hills. You might see black-maned lions, leopards, cheetahs, herds of plains game, and elephants as you move around the park. All three meals come from Enkerok Camp kitchen, so you'll head back there between drives or whenever you need a break and rest up overnight.

- Day 3
Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru
An early game drive happens before breakfast at the tented camp. After a late breakfast, you'll leave for Lake Nakuru with a lunch stop at Mai Mahiu along the way. By late afternoon you arrive and check into City Max Hotel in Nakuru for dinner and your overnight stay.

Landmarks Lake Nakuru National Park - Day 4
Lake Nakuru to Amboseli National Park
After breakfast, an extensive morning game drive takes you through Lake Nakuru National Park to see the park's famous millions of flamingos and other water birds, plus various wildlife roaming around. You'll then continue to Amboseli National Park with lunch on the route. Check into Nyati Camp for dinner and overnight.

Amboseli National Park
Following breakfast, you get packed with picnic lunches for a full day exploring Amboseli National Park. There's an option to visit a Maasai village and experience their traditional way of life and traditional dances if that interests you. All meals come from Amboseli Nyati Camp where you'll spend the night.

Landmarks Amboseli National Park - Day 6
Amboseli to Nairobi
After breakfast, you leave Amboseli National Park and head back to Nairobi. A picnic lunch happens during the drive. You'll arrive in Nairobi in the early afternoon, check into a budget hotel to rest, and then prepare for your evening bus transfer to Kampala.

Landmarks Amboseli National Park - Day 7
Kampala to Bwindi Impenetrable
An early morning pickup from Kampala Bus Station comes with breakfast at 7:00 am and a safari briefing. From there you travel southwest to Bwindi Impenetrable with a stop at a local drum and craft-making community to see traditional crafts. Later, you'll pause at the Equator for photos and souvenir shopping before lunch in Mbarara town. Arrive at Bwindi in the late afternoon, check into Bwindi View Lodge, relax, and have dinner.

Landmarks Equator Bwindi Impenetrable National Park 
- Day 8
Gorilla Trekking
After an early breakfast, you drive to park headquarters for a briefing by park rangers about gorilla trekking safety and rules. Groups of 8 head out to trek and see Mountain gorillas in their natural habitat. The trek takes 2 to 8 hours depending on gorilla location and movement, with long distances on muddy, steep terrain (bring a walking stick). You'll spend one hour observing and photographing the gorillas as they feed and go about their daily activities. Back at the lodge in the evening, either relax or visit the Batwa community to learn about their culture, dances, and traditions. Dinner and overnight follows.

Landmarks Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - Day 9
Bwindi to Kampala
After an early breakfast and checkout, you begin your journey back to Kampala, passing through rolling hills with terraced fields and lush vegetation. Stop for lunch in Mbarara, then visit Mbambire drum makers to purchase traditional drums. Continue to Kampala, arriving late afternoon. Your guide will drop you at your hotel of choice or at the airport for your flight home.
