Across Africa is a truly professional company. They communicated clearly with me from the start. They liaised and coordinated with their local partners to ensure that I was picked up at the airport. The tour was well-organized. They have small personalized tours. Most importantly, and the reason why I would travel again with Across Africa, is that they have EXCELLENT customer service. Case in point: when the local tour operator mistakenly took me to the wrong hotel where no booking had been made for me, Across Africa sorted this out on the spot and in less than 20 mins. No questions asked and no excuses given. They found alternate booking and upgraded my reservation. The next day they contacted me to apologize and explain what had happened. Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 22nd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 22nd, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Across Africa Tours & Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 100 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Across Africa Tours & Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
