A gorilla permit / license is guaranteed in June just for your own info in June, July and August it's peak season. We are driving cross borders that is arrival in Uganda at Entebbe international airport EBB and later cross to Rwanda Via Cyanika border. The distances in driving are short that is 2- 5 hours approximately but driving distances in Rwanda are shortest from one destination to another 2 - 3 Hours. So there is NO domestic flight that crosses to RWANDA from UGANDA, Only international flights that crosses there.

Yes we have availability on chosen dates for you trip. 2pax for this tour to run meaning you will enjoy this tour with your daughter only in the tour jeep. If you fail to get flight tickets for the chosen dates you will be refunded. From lake Mburo to Bwindi on day3 its just 3hours of drive. From Bwindi to Volcano Np is 2hours and 30mins but we may spent like 30mins or 40mins on the border immigration clearance. From Volcano to Nyungwe 5hours of drive because in Rwanda they have driving limit of 60km/hr so that's why its 5hours. From Nyungwe to Kigali its 4hours or 5hours respectively depending on the Jam in the city so if we don't find jam then its 4hours of drive.

  So far you mentioned there will only be 2 of us in this tour. My daughter has a couple of friends interested. If they decide to go, will they be in our jeep or another jeep? I have been checking airlines. Most flights seem to arrive around 10:30pm. Do you have any recommendations?

If other friends decide to join then they will be in another jeep OR what you decide because our role is to make your dream come true with memorable safari. 10:30pm arrival time works because it's arrival then transfer for an overnight as we prepare for the next day activities.

If I need a room to myself, what is the single supplement? Please break it down. Per person/dble occupancy, individual cost per person/3 people to a room and cost for 1 person/room. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
