Itinerary
- Day 1
Nairobi to Maasai Mara
Your hotel pickup happens at 8am, and then you're driving toward Maasai Mara by way of the Great Rift Valley viewpoint. The views from up there really show off the dramatic drop of the valley floor. You'll stop for lunch at a travellers motel along the route, which breaks up the drive nicely. By late afternoon you're checking into your tented camp, and after settling in, head straight out for a sunset game viewing drive through the Mara Reserve before dinner and some rest.

- Day 2
Maasai Mara
This is a full day dedicated to searching for the Big Five throughout Maasai Mara. Game drives keep you moving around the reserve all day, and you'll watch for hippos and crocodiles hanging around the Mara River. A picnic lunch gets provided out in the reserve, so you're eating where the wildlife is. The entire day focuses on seeing what the reserve has to offer.

- Day 3
Maasai Mara to Namanga
After breakfast and checking out, you're heading back toward Nairobi with a stop planned at a Maasai Village. There you'll interact with locals and learn about their community and way of life. From there, continue on to Namanga, which sits right at the Kenya Tanzania border. This is where you'll prepare for the Tanzania portion of your trip.

Landmarks Maasai Mara National Reserve - Day 4
Namanga to Lake Manyara National Park
Following breakfast, you're driving to Arusha and joining a group heading to Lake Manyara National Park, which is about 2 hours away. After lunch, game drives run for 2 to 3 hours into the evening. Then you head back to the campsite for dinner and overnight rest.

- Day 5
Lake Manyara to Serengeti National Park
Breakfast done, and then you're heading out to Serengeti National Park. Game drives start as soon as you arrive and continue toward the campsite. The afternoon brings more game viewing that stretches into late evening before you return for dinner and settle in for the night.

- Day 6
Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Departing Serengeti at 7am, you're conducting game drives on the route to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. A picnic lunch breaks up the drive along the way. Late afternoon you arrive at the campsite, get settled, and have dinner before your overnight stay.

- Day 7
Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
After breakfast at the lodge, head to Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day tour with picnic lunch included. Once that wraps up, you're checking out and driving to Arusha, arriving around 4pm. Check into your hotel there for dinner and an overnight stay.

Arusha to Nairobi
After breakfast, board a shuttle heading to Nairobi and you'll arrive around 2:30pm. Your tour concludes once you get to Nairobi.
