  Where's the meeting point in Vienna

    The meeting point in Vienna will be at your assigned hotel, which will be confirmed 24–48 hours before the start of the tour.
    On Day 1, you will be transferred to the hotel, and later in the afternoon you will receive information about the start of the tour either:
    ✓ Directly from the guide, or
    ✓ Through the information board at the hotel reception
    
    There is no separate meeting point outside the hotel — everything starts there

  Could you please advise when the dates for April 2025 will be released? Additionally, if I book a room with the single supplement and a friend decides to join later, would it be possible to adjust the booking to a double room and remove the single supplement?

    We have already released our departure dates for this amazing adventure - For the year 2024 in the month of April Of 2025 we have the following dates available: 04th Of April Of 2025, 11th Of April Of 2025, 18th Of April Of 2025, 25th Of April Of 2025. Europamundo currently our regular departures are operating with a minimum of two passengers, the most flexible policy of any major touroperator. However, please keep in mind that at this date we still cannot guarantee the operation for your chosen departure. Since we depend on situations outside our control like the evolution of the pandemic, vaccination rates and border policies set by each country, we evaluate our destinations week by week in order to make a decision whether to operate it or not. Additionally, we strongly recommend that you find out beforehand all requirements and restrictions you may have to comply in order to enter the countries you plan to visit to avoid any setback, for we will not be held liable should any entry impediments should arise during your trip.

    To coordinate the arrival transfer, it is necessary that you send us the information at least 10 days before the start of the tour. We also recommend that you do not purchase the tickets before receiving your booking confirmation to avoid any inconvenience.
    
    Day 1 VIENNA - Welcome to Europamundo! We'll transfer you to the hotel and you'll have some free time. In the afternoon, you'll find information about the start of your tour on the boards located at the hotel reception.
    
    IMPORTANT: Please note that hotel check-in time is typically at 14:00 p.m. If you need early room access, consider booking an additional night at the start of your trip.
    If you have booked additional nights, your room will be prepared upon arrival, but your trip guide will generally only contact you when the scheduled activities begin. At reception, you'll find a sign with contact details and assistance hours for our staff. Until the tour begins, your schedule is free, and the hotel staff can assist with any inquiries.
    
    Optional activities: During your trip, your guide may offer optional activities. We recommend booking these activities well in advance through the Europamundo app or your "My Trip" link to ensure availability. Last-minute bookings may result in limited availability (e.g., tickets, coach seats).
    
    Note: The timings in this itinerary are indicative. The guide may adjust schedules as needed to make sure you have the best experience.

  Do you offer any travel agent discounts? If we arrive 25Sept, will you be able to provide the arrival transfer and then we will join the tour on 27Sept.

    In order to offer you the discount for travel agents, you must complete the following steps: -To take the courses available on the website of Europamundo ACADEMY, in the academy section. -Send the certificate of completion for all courses completed. -Provide a copy of your IATA card or any document proving your membership in a travel agency. Once we receive and verify these documents, and so we can see if we can apply the corresponding discount. The arrival transfer it is included from the airport, hotel(no airbnb, apartments, house) or train station on 27 September, 2024. If you arrive on 25 September, 2024, you may need an extra night, if you book this night wit us, the transfer will be on 25 September, 2024, but if you book this night by your own, the transfer will be from your hotel to ours on 27 September, 2024. The price for the pre/post accommodation is: 2 Additional Nights in Vienna From 25/09/2024 To 27/09/2024 Price per Person in double room 280.00 EUR Include breakfast and taxes.
