  What are the main differences between the 3-Day Southwest USA National Parks Tour from Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon and More 3-Day Tour? I also noticed that there is a $400 price difference between the two tours. Could you explain what accounts for this difference?

    Our award-winning Grand Canyon and More National Parks Tour visits the Grand Canyon South Rim, Monument Valley, Lake Powell (optional visit to Antelope Canyon), Horseshoe Bend and Zion.
    
    This tour from Las Vegas departs every Thursday April – Oct.
    
    We offer any-day departures for groups of 8 or more paid seats. You'd just have to pay for a minimum of 8 seats to have a fully private adventure.
    
    There are walking and hiking opportunities on this tour. Your tour guide will help you choose a walk/hike that suits your abilities and interests. You may also opt for gentle strolls and sightseeing, and perhaps take in some exhibits or a ranger talk if you decide not to walk at all.
    
    The pickup point is Palms Casino - East Side Coach Loading Curb- 4321 W Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, NV 89103. The pickup time is 7.15am. The tour returns to the same place on day 3 at approx 7pm.

Start the tour off on day one with Zion National Park and end with an exploration of the magnificent hoodoos in Bryce Canyon National Park.     Camping is available on this tour during April to October. We provide tents, thick foam camp pads and sleeping bags. No single person supplement is charged. Tents are twin share and solo travelers will be paired with another client of the same sex.
    
    Campgrounds included with camping ticket type:
    Campgrounds are privately owned and operated and offer very high standards. The campgrounds on this tour have full bathrooms and hot showers, as well as electricity and charging points for cameras and cell phones, etc. Both campgrounds have complimentary Wi-Fi and offer optimal stargazing opportunities.
    
    Hotels included with hotel ticket type:
    Best Western Ruby's Inn at Bryce in a prime location at the national park entrance.
    Historic Goulding's Lodge in the heart of Monument Valley- right along the rim. Rooms include a private balcony for optimal sunrise viewing and nighttime stargazing.

    I have been told that experiencing the Grand Canyon during sunrise or sunset is particularly special and highly recommended. Could you please let me know whether the itinerary for either tour includes a sunrise or sunset visit at the Grand Canyon?

    Due to the time change and the sun setting later for the remainder of the year, neither tour would include sunset at the Grand Canyon as there would not be enough time to return to Las Vegas in time or depart for the overnight in Page. You would experience sunset in Monument Valley on the 3 Day National Parks Mini Explorer and possible sunset at Horseshoe Bend on the Grand Canyon & More 3 Day Tour.

    The hotels we use are Rubys Inn at Bryce on night one and Historic Gouldings Lodge right on the rim of Monument Valley on night two. Each rooms has two queen beds. The cost of the hotel ticket price is $1160 pp.

    The price is 875 USD per person. There is no discount for children. There is just one price. We do not provide pre-postal accommodation and do it recommend that you stay at the departure hotel, which is the Palms otherwise the Gold Coast is close by and sometimes offers more affordable options.

    Each guest is allowed up to 20kg (44lbs) of luggage plus a daypack/backpack on tour. Luggage rides in a locked and covered travel trailer towed behind the main vehicle while you can bring your daypack/backpack onboard and on hikes/activities with you. Most guests on this tour bring a carry-on sized luggage plus a backpack.

  What is advised if someone has a car in Las Vegas? Do you provide ideas/places to park? Do you provide a packing list for folks? What is the difficulty of the hikes? I see that this tour is camping, but there is a hotel option - what is the price difference? The Antelope Canyon tour is extra and is paid upon departure?

    The Palms Casino offers free parking. A recommending packing list will be sent to you upon booking. There will be hiking and activity options for all guests. You will have the opportunity to take a light stroll or participate in a more difficult hike. It will be completely up to you. Lodging at 3 star and above hotels is available for an additional fee at the time of booking. The Antelope Canyon Tour is $90-$100 per person and is paid upon departure.

    Day 3 of our 3-Day National Parks Summer tour is in the South Rim of the Grand Canyon (near Tusayan, AZ) before heading back to Las Vegas. You are welcome to leave the tour early, we would just need prior notification should you decide to do that.
