How to meet you and join this tour if I am coming from halifax to visit. Is there any other deals about alberta. Actually I am a girl and will be solo traveling. Therefore, how to meet you where to stay etc. I need details.

Our tour departs from downtown Vancouver. We recommend arriving at least 1 day before departure to avoid any disruptions. We do recommend staying HI Downtown or Samesun Hostel as those are two pick-up locations.

Would it be possible to cancel the tour for personal reasons?

For all Moose Travel bookings, cancellations made 65 days or more prior to the scheduled tour departure date are eligible for either: - a 100% travel credit to be used toward a future tour booking - or a full refund less the 10% deposit, which may also be retained as a credit for future travel. Travel credits are transferable and may be used by a family member or friend. Please note that within 65 days of the scheduled tour departure, all bookings become non-refundable and non-transferable.

I'd like to book this for the 30th September if possible? If its not possible, I need to be at Vancouver International airport on the 9th by noon. Could you help with the exact location this tour ends at and advise how best to get back to Vancouver to make my flight?

We do not have any tours departing Vancouver on the 30th of September. We have a tour leaving Vancouver on October 5th which will be arriving in Banff on the evening of the 8th. It may be possible to fly to Calgary after your tour ends and make the flight on the 9th however we generally don't recommend onward travel on the last day of the tour as we cannot guarantee arrival time due to traffic or other circumstances outside our control.

Are we able to be dropped off in Vancouver (when the tour is finished)? Or is the only option Banff?

For the Coho tour it ends in Banff however the Caribou our main tour departs on the same dates as the Coho however it is an 8-day tour that ends in Vancouver.

Can your tour be suitable for travelers aged 68, 64, and 33, and are there available dates between 10th July25 to 15th July 25 from Vancouver?

Your ages will be totally fine to come along on the tour. Unfortunately we do not have a tour departing on the 10th of July. The closest tour departs on the 4th of July.

Is there a set list of places I can be picked up from, or can I request personal collection from where I'm staying in Vancouver?

We have 3 pickup locations in the Vancouver area where we pick up guests which are: HI Vancouver Jericho Beach, HI Vancouver Downtown, Outside the Hotel Belmont. Unfortunately we don't offer pickups from places apart from these locations as we have quite a tight time schedule on the first day of our tour.

Where do I get my travel insurance details?

Travel insurance details are collected through the registration form sent to you before the tour.

Can I book extra nights after the tour?

Accommodation can be arranged for additional nights post-tour depending on availability at designated locations.

Can I get assistance with booking return flights?

We recommend making your own arrangements for flights, and it's better to not book them until your tour is confirmed.

Keira also always asked us about our preferences, which also allowed us to decide for ourselves what we wanted to focus on! I really loved this flexibility! My expectations of the trip were definitely exceeded and I am overjoyed to have chosen it. The hostels were also all very pleasant and clean. The Wildness Hostel was definitely a highlight, which made the experience even more special. I would gladly give it more stars as I am absolutely convinced and can recommend it to everyone!Show more
