I met some really great people in the group and felt like a got to see a good highlight of each area. I felt the tour was good value for what it included and generally speaking, had a reasonable timetable.
However there were some issues to be noted. As mentioned in many reviews, our group of english speaking people was relatively small (10), probably due to the time of year, so we were partnered with another group, who were spanish speaking. This was not really a concern because there was a representative for each group who presented information in each language. The issue arose because the spanish-speaking group had meals included in their itinerary while ours did not, and so our outlined schedule was constantly being changed to accommodate their timelines. We completely missed out on exploring the Vaci utca (free time) in Budapest because the bus was late arriving and the other group had lunch booked for a certain time. We did not have any free time whatsoever in Budapest, not even for a quick souvenir shop. Another example was in Prague. We were supposed to check-in at the hotel after a long day of driving before going to the Old Town Square to have free time for dinner. Once again, we were late arriving and so the decision was made (not asked) that we would go directly to the Old Town Square as the other group had dinner plans for a certain time and not have the chance to stop first at our rooms to change, etc.
On previous bus trip I've taken, there was an effort made to have people rotate seats so that different people could have the view at the front, but in this case the same two couples took those seats each time. Just a suggestion for the future.
Lastly, the tour is advertised as Low Intensity (Travelers can expect some light physical activities.) It should be noted that the walking tours in Budapest and Prague are 2-3 hours in length and at a fairly steady pace, with many sets of stairs. This would be good information for people to be aware of.
This trip was so much fun. Hotels were very nice. I went as a solo traveler and would definitely go again.

Historic Mexico is quite charming as passing through the States of : Mexico State, Michoacan, Jalisco, Puebla, Oaxaca, Chiapas, Tabasco, Campeche and Yucatan. The tour leaders were very friendly, good with knowledge of places. The Hotels were nice and the Hotel in Mexico City is only a 10-15 minute walk to the famous Centro and Historic Center District. I highly recommend this tour with Europamundo.

The accommodations were very nice and comfortable, and our guide was experienced, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the journey. It was truly worthwhile to see such incredible natural beauty with a professional team.
We really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend this tour to others!

The tour covers all of the highlights in Portugal, with good variety of hotels and the included buffet dinners were also a nice addition. We had 2 tour guides, English and Spanish, Aman was really nice, helpful and knowledgeable. There were only 6 of us in the English group and it was nice to have someone who speaks English and accompanied us throughout the trip. I also appreciate that they reschedule the visit to Evora chapel so we get to still visit it as planned. A couple of feedback for improvement: the groups were dropped off at 2 or 3 locations which makes it longer for pick up/drop off, and some of the group has better hotels than other groups. Hotel Roma Lisbon was very dated and have thin walls, the room next to mine was very loud until 2am but there were no listed reception no to call. It took us almost 2 hours from the drop off of 1 hotel to the second one, the holiday inn porto because due to lack of communication and road closure? which I think should be better prepared in advanced, some of the travelers who join the fado dinner were rushed. I personally would love to spend more time in Porto rather than 2 hours circling around the same blocks in the bus. The bus driver on that evening was also not skilled or not gamiloar with the area so I got motion sickness that night. I did appreciate that Aman was getting us taxi instead to the hotel in the end. We didnt get to eat lunch until around 3pm in some of the days and I would appreciate if we were inform the day before so we can grab some snacks from the breakfast. The optional boat tour in Albufeira? Would be nice to have an earphone as we couldn't hear the tour guide. But overall, I really enjoyed the tours, I think price point ratio is really good as well and I made some great friends along the way.

The transport and the guides was very well managed, the guides spoke good English and the travel plan was very well explained.
Sometimes it felt a bit rushed to have more time to see different locations. The message for the new joiners on the first day was not very clear. There was a board in the hotel lobby with the message written only in Spanish which was confusing. Later on when there was contact with the guides, things went very well.

We were disappointed with the fact that we went to English speaking countries but were bounced from one Spanish speaking group to another.

If we had wanted a Spanish tour, we would have gone to a Spanish speaking country. The tour guides should have been from the countries we visited.
Also I think these tours should be scent free as there are a lot of people who have issues with allergies.

This is the First time that I had taken a trip with Europamundo. The First impression was not good. The transfer from Barcelona Airport to the hotel was included in the tour package . Unfortunately We had a delay of a bag in one of our travellers at the airport and even though I have informed the taxi driver who came to pick us about the delay in the baggage, he left us not informing about his decision. Later on I was informed by the Taxi company to find my own way to the hotel.
Europamundo did not take care of health and well being of the passengers. From the day One there were travellers coughing inside the bus. I have travelled with few other tour operators and I noted that the other tour operators take the health and safety of the passengers seriously. They advised the coughing travels to wear masks and hand sanitisers were provided. Nothing of that nature were noted. At the end of the tour almost all the passengers were coughing and sick, including me.
I honestly think that when you organise a such a big tour with 41 stations with a bus load of passengers, they should have made 1/2 day rest in the middle of the tour for the passengers to recover, take more serious precautions about travel illness.
I believe that Tourradar as a tour organiser did there part well, but all the responsibility is with the Tour Operator Europamundo.
I am not keen on travelling with Europamundo again.

There was an issue with seating on the bus, a group of India travellers would push onto the bus first and put items on the front six seats. They would push away anyone who tried to sit upfront despite the policy of not reserving seats. Everyone else had worse aircon and views. There should be a rotation policy, front, middle, back. I do not like seeing fellow travellers being physically pushed. Poor form.
We saw the important places of each city. However there was too much time spent in some locatuons on iour own, e.g. in Camden, which was not really interesting to us.
I have been taking on average a Tourradar trip per month for the last seven months (live in Europe for 12 months) ... The coordination of the pre-trip was terrible, could not get the name of the hotel until 7 days prior ... transportation from airport did not get to 11 PM the night before yet I had a 630 AM flight ... usless as did not see .........I was unaware that the trip had 3 languages, Spainish, Portugese and English....First tour Director was a NIGHTMARE... got off the ship and the English speaking people were wndering in Parking lot asking each of the buses if they were ours ...Final tour director Pedro was good .....but could not compenstate for the pre-trip and first 4 days.......STAY AWAY !!!

We really enjoyed our Japan Landscape tour ending in Kyoto. Europamundo looked after everything quite well. We requested vegetarian food, which was looked after very well, except we had some limited choices in Tokyo lunch and dinner. All our tour guides (Nadia, Jevier, Edwardo, Kevin-Ray, and Alvero) were very well informed, communicated clearly, and provided excellent explanations. I was worried about our transportation from Tokyo NRT airport to hotel in Tokyo and then from Tokyo to Kyoto with bullet train. Europamundo asked everyone not to carry lot of luggage. We had a medium-sized suitcase and we had a reserved seat in the bullet train, which had plenty of space to store the suitcase behind the seat. Edwardo did an amazing job organizing the group into different cars, ensuring everyone had plenty of space to store their suitcases. Kevin was an amazing communicator for both the English-speaking and Spanish-speaking groups. Kevin has a lot of historical knowledge, and he was effectively sharing a lot of information with the group. We had the same coach, driver, and tour guides from Kyoto until the end of the tour, so by the end of the tour, we had excellent interactions with our tour guides and fellow travellers. I would strongly recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in visiting Japan.
Amazing tour, everything was taken care of. Guides were knowledgeable and friendly on the local tours. Transfers were efficient and easy. Hotel we’re nice and comfortable.
