  Is this Customizable? I have a group and we are planning Ibiza Sept 29 - Oct 4 then Barcelona and Madrid. We want to fly from place to place, I change days a little Like 4 instead of 5 in Ibiza so we go to Barcelona Oct 3 and the days in Barcelona or Madrid. Looking for something I can add days to or stay longer in the hotel. We are planning a 16 day trip

  I have a request for 2 adults and 1 child 15 years old for a trip to start from Barcelona on the 4th July, stay in Barcelona for 3 nights, then take a first class train to Madrid and stay for 2 more nights. Could you help me with this itinerary?

    We also have another great option that could fit very well with your travel dates: Barcelona to Madrid – starting on July 2nd, 2026. This itinerary begins in Barcelona, where you'll enjoy the city and a panoramic tour, and then continues along the Mediterranean coast (including stops like Peñíscola and Valencia) before arriving in Madrid. To better match your request, we can add extra nights in Barcelona at the beginning of the tour so you can enjoy a total of 3 nights there before the program starts. We can also add additional nights in Madrid at the end if you wish to extend your stay. Please note that this program also operates mainly by coach as part of the guided experience, and we are not able to include a first-class train option.

  Would love to do this tour after we complete another on May 14 in Madrid. At present, I'm not seeing any options for May. Kindly advise. Also, would love a discount for well-behaved child staying in the same room.

    Regarding the child discount, it may be possible depending on the age of the child. Could you please let us know the child's age and date of birth?
    
    The discount can be added to the reservation, but once the booking is made, a copy of the child's passport must be uploaded for validation. If the age cannot be verified, the discount would need to be removed.

    We are now wanting to adjust our Castilla and Portugal Tour one week later in order to book Madrid to Morocco tour 23-29 May. We are repeat customers, I am over 65 and our party of 3 includes a 3 year old sharing the room. We would definitely like to add the MAXIMUM discount to our reservation. What we would like is to receive the Black Friday discount of 30% on this too as replacement option.

    Regarding the discounts, we'd like to clarify how our Passenger Club Discount works: the categories such as travelers over 65, repeat passengers, and honeymoon travelers all fall under a single Passenger Club Discount of 5%. These categories are not applied individually or combined on top of one another — they simply qualify you for the same 5% discount, regardless of how many categories apply to your group.
    
    That said, the good news is that your 3-year-old would qualify for a separate children's discount, as minors have their own special pricing. We will be happy to apply that to your reservation.
    However, we do want to be transparent with you: unfortunately, the Madrid and Barcelona tour is not eligible for the Passenger Club Discount. This is a promotion that applies only to select tours, and this particular departure does not qualify.

  Will there be a departure date June 8 or 9, 2026 for the Madrid to Barcelona tour? I have 2 cruises booked - the first one arrives in Dover, England on June 7, 2026 and the second cruise begins on June 15, 2026 from Barcelona. My plan is to find a tour from Madrid to Barcelona any days between June 8 or 9 and June 13 or 14.

    You will be using a coach bus to travel within each country. The transportation on this trip is via motor coach. You will be travelling on this motor coach with up to 50 other like minded travellers from around the world.

    The day starts around 08.30 hrs with a city tour through the centre of Madrid, including Paseo del Prado, Cibeles, Neptuno, the Gate of Alcalá, Plaza de Colón and Plaza Mayor.
    We will visit Retiro Park, an oasis in the city centre, where we will see the lake and the Glass Palace. Entrance to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, the football stadium of Real Madrid. We get to know the areas reserved for the players as well as the public areas and the small museum about this team, considered by some as the best in the world.
    Enjoy the rest of the afternoon.
    At the end of the evening, we will return to the hotel.

  Is there a full refund if I reserve a tour in September or October? I need to apply for a Schengen visa and am not European. Is it possible to reserve and get a reservation certificate to present with my visa application while waiting for confirmation?

    We can send you a support letter to help you with your visa process. This letter will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed and you have attached a copy of your passports. In case of cancellation, the corresponding penalty must be applied. Penalty 1: 31 days or more: Euro 100. From 30 to 11 days before departure: Euro 100 + 10% of booking cost. From 10 to 01 days before departure: Euro 100 + 25% of booking cost. No show: 100% of booking cost. Penalty 2 (for tours including cruises, domestic flights, private groups, and tours in Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Oceania): 31 days or more: Euro 100. 30/21 days before: 100 euro + 10% of booking cost. 20/11 days before: 100 euro + 20% of booking cost. 10/3 days before: 100 euro + 30% of booking cost. During 48 hours before: 100 euro + 50% of booking cost. No Show 100%. Penalty 3: In some cases, an additional 20% penalty applies on top of Penalty 2. No shows at the start without prior cancellation will not be entitled to any refund except force majeure, examined case by case. Different cancellation conditions apply for programs including train/airplane/cruise routes or tours to Kenya and Tanzania. We recommend taking out insurance against cancellation.

    Please be advised that the adventures we offer will not include international airfare, as travellers can join the trip from many different countries. You will be responsible for booking your own flights to meet at the starting city of your adventure. We additionally recommend you do not book your airfare until your place is confirmed and guaranteed to depart.

    For this tour you cannot book it on a private basis if you are jst 1 people. You need a minimum number of at least 16 people in order to book trips with Europamundo on a private basis and prices can be more than double than the quoted price as these tours can fit up to 50 people so if you have only 1 that would be a lot of seats missing on the coach bus.
    
    With regards to the meals, you are provided with Daily buffet breakfast: Breakfasts are always included during the circuits and additional night, commonly it will be a cold buffet. The day of incorporation to the tour, the breakfast is not included. All other meals will be on your own. You will be given time to explore the local restaurants and enjoy your meals during the tour. Your knowledgeable local tour guide can definitely offer you some great dining spots. We suggest budgeting EUR 25.00 for each meals not included on this trip.
