  The tour covers all of the highlights in Portugal, with good variety of hotels and the included buffet dinners were also a nice addition. We had 2 tour guides, English and Spanish, Aman was really nice, helpful and knowledgeable. There were only 6 of us in the English group and it was nice to have someone who speaks English and accompanied us throughout the trip. I also appreciate that they reschedule the visit to Evora chapel so we get to still visit it as planned. A couple of feedback for improvement: the groups were dropped off at 2 or 3 locations which makes it longer for pick up/drop off, and some of the group has better hotels than other groups. Hotel Roma Lisbon was very dated and have thin walls, the room next to mine was very loud until 2am but there were no listed reception no to call. It took us almost 2 hours from the drop off of 1 hotel to the second one, the holiday inn porto because due to lack of communication and road closure? which I think should be better prepared in advanced, some of the travelers who join the fado dinner were rushed. I personally would love to spend more time in Porto rather than 2 hours circling around the same blocks in the bus. The bus driver on that evening was also not skilled or not gamiloar with the area so I got motion sickness that night. I did appreciate that Aman was getting us taxi instead to the hotel in the end. We didnt get to eat lunch until around 3pm in some of the days and I would appreciate if we were inform the day before so we can grab some snacks from the breakfast. The optional boat tour in Albufeira? Would be nice to have an earphone as we couldn't hear the tour guide. But overall, I really enjoyed the tours, I think price point ratio is really good as well and I made some great friends along the way.Show more

  Overall, we enjoyed the trip. We aw a ton of things and stayed in nice hotels. The guides were kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The bus driver did an awesome job navigating in tight situations and getting us around. The bus was ok for a large coach, but could have been nicer. The hotels were comfortable with decent breakfasts but were not located in town. Several times it would have been nice to be closer to town in order to explore more on our own-particularly in Porto. I would recommend that the company make the Beja stop only a short picture taking stop for the castle, because there was not much there and we would have preferred to spend more time in the next stop, Evora, especially for finding lunch spots. I would also recommend that the seats on the bus be split into language sections when more than one language is being used on a bus-we had issues with people wanting to talk when the other language information was being given. The itinerary was very inclusive and we had a great time and made some great new friends!Show more

  The your coveted a lot places of interest with some long days on the bus and late arrival at hotels however, dinner was included on those occasions. Initially there were 17 on the tour but the next morning additional people joined the tour with a total of about 60 on the bus. The bus was very new, comfortable and had WiFi.Show more
