    • EuropamundoOperatorWritten December 2025

Transportation is by coach. Many days involve city tours on foot in historic city centers. In Switzerland, there is a 30-minute walk on a mountain-path near Grindelwald-First. The maximum bus size is around 15 - 65 travelers. You would be on one bus.

My husband doesn't believe he can walk 30 minutes on a mountain path. It is unfortunate, as I really wanted to go on this trip. Too bad there is not an alternative way to get to the cable ride.

Is the discount of 5% applicable for first timers and non-European origins? If we are not booking a triple room or club passenger, do we not get a discount?

Are the hotels within the city? What is your payment policy? How much is the reservation fee?

    • EuropamundoOperatorWritten November 2025

If you are a senior person, you have the 5% discount. If you are in a triple room and a senior, you will have a 10% discount - 5% for triple room and 5% for being senior.

    • EuropamundoOperatorWritten November 2025

The hotels are selected to offer appropriate comfort and allow guests to enjoy the city. They are located in destination cities - sometimes centrally, sometimes near the center, and sometimes in outlying areas with public transportation access. If you are more than 60 days before departure date, you will only pay the deposit.

Is the coach with a built-in toilet? Can you provide a photo of the coach? Is this coach used throughout the tour?

    • EuropamundoOperatorWritten November 2025

Not all coaches have onboard toilets. When available, toilets may operate on a paid-access system. Regular stops at service areas are scheduled every 2-3 hours for restroom use, which is especially helpful for seniors.
