The places where more time is required for only very less time and some very unimportant places got plenty of time. This was the feeing for our entire group.example: at Milan( Italy) we got hardly 2 hrs. Before reaching Milan , we were forced to spent 3 hrs at a place in Switzerland which was not at all important and we lost the time we took to reach there. We could have used that time to spent at Milan.Even shopping time at all the location were very very less or can say not provided.Regarding accommodation -rooms at the places where we spent more days were below average with small rooms. And the place were we spent just for a night was better.Even though we requested for adjacent rooms in advance for our family of 4, it was not provided.Final day at Rome , we requested for late check out.But not permitted.
Joyful Treasures GOThis was the best time of our lives! I can’t believe we saw everything we did, sites, food and company was awesome 👏. Definitely see ourselves doing another tour in the future.
London to Rome Highlights (10-day Tour)Let me start by saying that overall this trip was great and a dream come true for our group. The only reason I rate this 4 stars is because the tour company assured me that this would be a self-passed, easy-going trip to take with both children and elderly family members, but we did not feel like that was the case. We found that navigating the public transportation system in every city, with luggage (even if it was just a carry-on and a backpack for each person) was difficult if you are not an athlete or younger than 50 years old. The hotels being 800 meters to sometimes 1.1km from the train stations were not as “walkable” as advertised. We also felt like the itinerary was rushed and we had very little time in each city to actually enjoy ourselves. This tour is more of a “check things off a bucket list” or “sampler platter” of European cities. We believe we could have enjoyed ourselves more with an additional day in Lucerne instead of moving to Zurich (especially because the excursion in Zurich was a train ride to Rhine Falls) or enjoying the day in Florence instead of a timed ticket to Pisa. We also felt that the walking tours of each city were nice but easier to do on our own instead of having a guide. A guided tour of the Notre Dame Cathedral, Vatican City or the Colosseum would have made those excursions more informative. We did have unforeseen issues in the Amsterdam airport due to airport equipment being broken and police activity that shut down customs, which caused us to miss our transfer to the hotel, so I do wish we could get a refund for that uber ride we ended up having to take. But with all that, we did enjoy ourselves and the tour company was very communicative prior to the trip and once the trip when we had questions regarding certain things.

Best time to visit France, Italy and Switzerland
- Summer 2026
Summer routes make good use of those long daylight hours while staying smart about peak season crowds. Our most popular trips mix early morning site visits with afternoon cultural stops. You'll start with quick entry to the Colosseum, then spend your afternoon learning crafts in a small Tuscan community. Swiss mountain trips take you up to Grindelwald by cable car for guided walks and lunch with glacier views. In France, we schedule evening river cruises and local market visits. Our guests really appreciate how these summer routes balance active outdoor time with cultural experiences.

- Fall / Autumn 2026
Fall brings something special across all three countries - wine harvest in France, festivals in Italy and clear mountain views in Switzerland. We time several routes to match local autumn events - you might join a Burgundy wine celebration, catch a Florence food festival or watch traditional cheese-making in Swiss mountain villages. Our travelers say fall hits the sweet spot - shorter lines at major sites, pleasant walking temperatures and also lovely fall colors in spots like Paris's Luxembourg Gardens. The autumn routes include seasonal activities like truffle hunting in Tuscany, helping with grape harvests in French vineyards and hiking through Switzerland's golden landscapes.

- Winter 2026 / 2027
Winter trips through these countries really shine when you're looking to dodge peak crowds. The routes take you up Switzerland's cable cars to Glacier 3000, where you can walk suspended bridges linking mountain summits. Moving south through St. Gotthard Pass into Italy, you'll explore Bellinzona's medieval castles before reaching Milan's impressive Duomo. In France, we've arranged special access to Versailles when its gardens are touched by frost, plus evening dining in Paris's local Trastevere spots. Our guests tell us they love how these winter routes mix indoor sites with snowy scenes - you might spend your morning in the Vatican Museums then catch an afternoon train through the snow-dusted Alps.

- Spring 2027
Spring's the sweet spot for these regions with fewer tourists and just-right temperatures. The multi-country routes from London are real favorites, taking you through Paris as its gardens wake up and into Switzerland's blooming alpine meadows. Our travelers like how these spring trips balance city and countryside - one day you're learning Venetian glassblowing techniques, the next you're tasting wines at a family vineyard in Burgundy. We've added nice spring touches like Seine-side picnics, cooking in local homes and guided walks through Florence when its gardens are in full bloom.
