What made the trip a better experience, honestly, was the care that the tour guides took with the group. I would say the things we encountered that would probably be deal breakers for some were tolerable because of the guides. That said, I believe we had an overall good experience. If I had to make some recommendations: 1. There should be more bathroom breaks for those who are on medication or a bit older. 2. It was difficult to find food when we arrived late in the evening at our hotels. 3. I have been on tours where water and light snacks were provided (if on the bus for more than a couple of hours). I am sure this would be appreciated even if there is an additional charge for it. 4. The one-bag policy is unrealistic, as travelers from all over the world want to purchase souvenirs, etc. Maybe consider allowing two bags and charging a nominal fee to be included in the overall package. Again, I loved the care the guides took with the group, and this is the main reason I would recommend this tour company.Show more

It was okay if you just want a taste of a few countries so that you can determine if you wish to return someday for a more intensive trip; however, some of the sites visited have little significant historic or cultural significance and do not reflect the true magnificence of some of the areas visited. There were times that more time was dedicated to a town with very little interest compared to others that were almost a stopover. It must be said that Barcelona was the highlight, by far, and visting Zurich at night in an area with no special features was a lowlight (pardon the pun). Furthermore, you need to be prepared for early starts and late dinners or sometimes no dinners due to the poor location of hotels and lack of eating options. The guides are generally knowledgeable but it is clear they have more specific knowledge on certain regions compared to others. I am sure there are limitations preventing tour companies from doing everything they wish to do and there are probably some cost implications, but this did not seem to be a well-managed tour. Be prepared to see a lot of churches.......Show more

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
