  My wife and I are traveling on this London to Rome trip and we had selected to be in the same room, our Itinerary shows twin room for each, I am hopeful that we are in a single room with a queen bed. Can we ensure this accommodations are met

    We can confirm that, as you and your wife are travelling together on the same booking, you are booked to share one room throughout the tour. The term "twin room" shown on the itinerary refers to the room category and does not necessarily mean that two separate rooms have been booked.
    
    There is already a double bed request noted on the booking. Please note that bedding configurations are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed, as some hotels may only offer twin beds.
    
    Rest assured that you and your wife will be accommodated in the same room throughout the tour.

    This is a 10-day coach tour, but it also includes a ferry crossing from Dover to Calais. Once in continental Europe, most of the journey between cities is by comfortable coach, with optional local experiences that will be offered by the travel director.
    
    Hotel accommodation for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) will be arranged as two rooms. This can be set up either as two twin rooms or as single room plus one triple room, depending on preference and availability.

  Could you please share a detailed list of what is included and not included in the tour? Specifically, I would appreciate confirmation of which entrance fees are covered (such as the Eiffel Tower, Colosseum, etc.)? Additionally, regarding rooming arrangements: four passengers will require double rooms (one bed each), and the remaining two will be sharing a twin room. Would it be possible to accommodate the two couples in double rooms?

    International flights are not included in the tour package. The rate applies to land services only, which include daily lodging and meals.
    
    The Eiffel Tower is not included on the itinerary, while we offer an Optional Experience for the Colosseum on day 9.
    
    Optional experiences can only be booked with the Travel Director at the start of the tour and are unable to be pre-purchased prior to the trip.
    
    Regarding the room arrangement, we can offer 3 twin rooms for the 6 passengers. A twin room consists of two single beds, with one single bed allocated per guest.
    
    If two couples prefer double bedding, we can submit a request on your behalf. However, this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

    The adventures we offer will not include international airfare, as travellers can join the trip from many different countries. Aside from international flights, any additional services or purchases, and Optional Experiences are not included in the tour price. If there will be three of you travelling, we have a Triple Room which cost CAD 2,965.50 per person. Triple rooms are suitable for two adults and one child though (three adults may find rooms too small as they often have one double and one foldaway bed and limited suitcase space). If the Triple Room is not suitable, we can offer 1x Single Room and 1x Twin Room. The cost of a Single Room is CAD 3,545.50 per person while a Twin Room cost CAD 2,965.50 per person.

    The Lincoln Plaza London, Curio Collection by Hilton is about 35 miles (57 km) from Gatwick Airport, which takes around 50 minutes by train and Underground or about 1 hour 15 minutes by taxi or rideshare, depending on traffic. By comparison, Heathrow Airport is closer, roughly 22 miles (35 km) from the hotel. Travel time is about 1 hour by taxi or around 1 hour by train via the Elizabeth Line to Canary Wharf. Heathrow is more convenient for Lincoln Plaza, especially with the direct Elizabeth Line connection.
