is the 1800 included the flight?

The adventures we offer don't include international airfare as travelers join from various countries. You can easily search for flight prices and book your flights separately. Remember to book your own flights to arrive at the starting city of your adventure and hold off on purchasing any flights until your adventure is confirmed and guaranteed to depart.

How do we book the optional excursions?

Once your booking is confirmed, we'll promptly send you a link through which you can purchase the optional tours directly.

I am looking at the "Spain, Switzerland and Classical Italy (27 destinations)" & saw another one "Spain, Switzerland and Classical Italy (16 destinations)". I compared the two but cannot figure out the difference between them. Can you please tell me the difference?

There's actually no difference between the trips—it's the same itinerary, just a version reflecting the current availability for 2026. Please review the details and let me know if you'd be interested in booking this trip.

Do you offer this kind of tour around Sept-Oct. 2026? When will the schedule be available? If we are flying in from Vienna to Barcelona, will you pick us up in the airport?

I've read reviews about the services provided by your company and it says that majority of the trips are Spanish-based (guides and guests) although it's listed as 'English-guided tour'. The accommodations are also not good and busses have no toilets.

Where can I find the departure transfer from Venice hotel to airport?

The arrival transfer is included from the airport, hotel or train station. We will pick you up when you arrive. The departure transfer is not included in your booking and comes with an additional charge of 94.00 EUR per person.

If I would want one room for my husband, 2 kids, and I which room option should I choose. Also, when do you release the schedule for June 2026?

The room could be two double room. To know details of the circuits for the year 2026, we could know it in the month of November 2025. Currently our regular departures are operating with a minimum of two passengers.

How do I book optional tours like Sagrada familia tour and gondola ride?

Optional tours can only be booked by the traveller after booking confirmation. We will send a link for purchase once booking is confirmed. Currently our departures operate with a minimum of two passengers. Please check country entry requirements before travel.

I am a US Citizen. I was wondering if we needed to get a visa for any parts of our tour.

Unfortunately, due to liability, we are prevented from giving any kind of immigration assistance. We suggest that you contact your local Foreign Office for adequate instructions on sorting out your visas and other immigration requirements.

Will it be possible to add 3 days in Spain to visit other cities other than Barcelona? Like, Madrid?

BEGORNIA, MANUEL, RA-ID, SURI and local guides LOURDES, LADY in Vatican and FELIPPO - SUPERB! several drivers as great and I remember JOSE AND ALFONSO! Busy days - lots of beautiful places - connections and rides are good even if there are 4 hour bus rides. JUST SO HOT WEATHER IN JULY, pouring rain on the way to PISA and good food recommendations by Ra-Id and Suri. Dinner is Leysin is bad! 2 hotels I remember were water stuck in shower floor and sink. Remotes and floors are sticky in some hotels. European elevators too small for big luggages of packed Tourists. Surrounding areas of some hotels are great for eating and shopping at night. Would be great if hotels have washer and dryer to minimize big packing for 2 weeks! I had a great Suite room one night as solo traveller. GREAT ROUTE! Last year of 2024 my trip at Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Estonia were great experiences esp with my Tour Guide LORENZO and local guides with great drivers. Some good hotels in the route. Too much hours of driving from one place to another - country to country. MUST IMPROVE THE ROUTE! 2023 was great with MARIO and local guides with great drivers as well except Eric - not good! hotels were mostly bad! Dirty! ALL DRIVERS SHOULD PAY VERY VERY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THEIR OPEN DOORS WHERE BAGS ARE IN THE SEAT IN BETWEEN TOILET BREAK WHILE THEY ARE SMOKING IN ANOTHER AREA OF THE BUS. The itinerary was good although very long days. But the organisation and responsibility of the tour group is poor at best. I arrived a day early and had no issues there but the first days stay at the hotel in Barcelona was chaotic. Not being able to get to my room until 15:20 so had to leave my luggage in the storage lockers and walk around Barcelona. No reps/tour guides at the hotel and only one obvious sign put up in the lobby. Which coincidentally was for a different group unbeknown to me. The first full day that was supposed to be spent going around Barcelona was a write-off and nearly the whole trip was because after breakfast at 07:00am I decided to message Europamundo as the listed start time of the tour in the lobby was different to what I had for my itinerary. By the time the main office had liaised with the reps and confirmed what the issue was it turned out I was supposed to already be on the tour at 08:30 and they had already started the trip without me and a few others as I later found out. Surely it should be confirmed who had actually booked in at the hotel and who is booked on the tour first before departing. The head office rep said that information had been put up in the lobby but it later turned out that wasn't until the evening.Show more

Upon arrival at the hotel, all passengers are instructed to check the posters displayed at reception, where the final schedule and meeting time are confirmed. This is a standard procedure across all our tours. While the indicative departure time in your itinerary was listed as 09:00, the actual confirmed departure for your group was scheduled for 08:30. According to our records, you contacted our central office at 11:22—well after the tour had already departed. Most passengers were able to join on time, as the signage with the updated information was correctly displayed at the hotel. We truly understand your frustration and are sorry for the inconvenience caused. However, we must respectfully point out that all necessary information and procedures were in place. Unfortunately, it seems there was a misunderstanding about how to proceed upon arrival, which led to the missed departure. Overall it was a great tour and I really loved the company Europamundo Pros: The guides Maia and Marina, were also fabulous, caring, and very organized!!! The bus drivers are so amazing and such hard workers (Joaquin from Barcelona to Zurich was a superstar!) This tour is really just an intro to each city, with free time to roam around. The days are long and we get to the hotels late and have to do it all again the next day. All the cities were breathtaking. The city tours of Barcelona and Florence were great! Cons: The hotel in Martigny and Ergife in Rome was not good at all and dingy. I would not go there again. The Venice walking tour was only 5 min and useless. Rome day was very hard and long as the bus did a pickup at 8 pm. Hotels are far from the center of town. The breakfast at the hotels was mediocre and no variety. Improvements: Should get to hotels earlier to drop things off and anyone who does not want to do the tour or activities should have the option to.Show more

I am looking at the "Spain, Switzerland and Classical Italy (27 destinations)" & saw another one "Spain, Switzerland and Classical Italy (16 destinations)". I compared the two but cannot figure out the difference between them. Can you please tell me the difference?

  I've read reviews about the services provided by your company and it says that majority of the trips are Spanish-based (guides and guests) although it's listed as 'English-guided tour'. The accommodations are also not good and busses have no toilets.

  Not all of our coaches have onboard toilets. When available, toilets may operate on a paid-access system. All our tours may be bilingual (typically Spanish/Portuguese or Spanish/English). Groups may be accompanied by two separate guides or a single guide providing explanations in both languages.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 4th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 4th, 2026, a minimum payment of $125 is required to confirm your booking with Europamundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Europamundo will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Europamundo" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
