Very Bad , NO Ac coach, Rooms are not as per 3 or 4 star, Tour Guide are very bad and rough and rude

We would like to kindly reiterate that our hotel accommodations are in accordance with our terms and conditions, as well as the specific category of our hotels, all of which are clearly outlined on our website (you can find detailed information about available hotels in each city when you search for a tour). It is essential to understand that our accommodations are not classified as luxury hotels. Consequently, we must acknowledge that standards, bed sizes, and room dimensions can vary between hotels of the same class, both within different countries and even within the same country. Every country has its own policies for determination of the category of the hotel and for example a five star hotel in Dubai, does not meet the same standards as a 5 star hotel in Cairo.
Please rest assured that all our rooms provide the convenience of a private bathroom and a television. Some of our accommodations also offer additional amenities, including a mini-bar, safe box, and hairdryer. It is important to note that certain regions, particularly in North Europe, may not have air conditioning due to local legislation, which may impose limitations on its use during specific periods. Moreover, within our circuits, slight variations in the quality of hotels located in the same city can be observed.
