What are your dates for 2028? Can you help with flights? All transfers? Transportation? Hotel?

Our 2028 tour dates have not been released yet. We expect the 2028 departures to be available around January 2027, so we recommend checking back with us around that time. For flights, we do not arrange or book flights, but we can provide guidance to help you plan your travel. For transfers and accommodation, please note that this tour does not include airport transfers or pre- and post-tour accommodation. You would need to arrange these independently, although we can provide advice where possible. The tour accommodation itself covers the first day of the tour through to the second-to-last day of the tour. Any accommodation before the tour starts or after it ends would need to be arranged separately.

Please provide optiona extra costs in aud. Also what do yu dsay to Patrick's 3 star review?

Payment is due 60 days before the tour departs. Before then, only a deposit is due.

I'm planning to take a 22-day Europe trip. Will it be too tiring, or is it usually smooth and manageable? We're confusing to take 14 days or 22 days!

The 22-day tour is still very structured and comfortable, as it's designed around coach travel with regular rest stops, planned hotel stays, and guided city highlights. It's not a fast-paced or physically demanding style of travel, but rather a well-organised group experience where logistics like transport and accommodation are all taken care of for you. Compared to a shorter tour, the main difference is simply the length and number of destinations. The 22-day option includes more countries and a wider variety of experiences, which naturally means more travel days and more early starts. However, these are balanced with free time in major cities and scenic stops along the way, so it doesn't feel rushed or non-stop. A shorter tour, on the other hand, tends to feel more compact and focused, with fewer destinations and less time on the road overall, which some travellers prefer if they want a lighter pace. Most travellers find the 22-day tour very manageable as long as they're comfortable with moderate walking and a bit of time on the coach, and many actually enjoy it because it allows them to see a lot of Europe in one seamless trip without having to plan anything themselves. If you're leaning toward seeing as much as possible in one go, the 22-day option is usually the more rewarding experience, while a shorter tour may feel easier if you prefer a more relaxed pace.

What hotel in London do we meet on Aug. 14 at 10 am? Also where and when are we dropped off on Sept 4?

The Provisional meeting and drop off location for your tour is the following Hotel in London. Hampton by Hilton London City 12-20 Osborn St, London E1 6TE, United Kingdom, Tel: +44 20 4512 9900 Please note that hotels may be subject to change if we encounter any unforeseen operational issues. Final confirmation on the starting Hotel and the list of Hotels booked for your Tour will be emailed 10-15 Days before the tour starts. It will be included in the Tour Leader Announcement Email which has the Tour Leader's Name and Contact Number, and the Tour Program.

My dad is 76 years. He is in good health condition. Can you make an exception and allow him on the tour?

For your dad, yes we can allow him to join the tour if he is in good health condition. However, we would like to ask for the few information. Does he have any Pre-existing Medical Conditions? Does he have any mobility issues? If both answers are no, then that would not be a problem. He can join the tour, as long as he is aware and is fine with the following. We believe the best way to get to the heart and soul of a city is on foot, surrounded by the people and the culture. For this reason, we do walking tours through most of the cities we visit. Many of the cities you visit are vast and old, often with steps and cobblestones. Our walking tours can last up to 3 hours with plenty of opportunities to take photographs and soak up the history of these fascinating places, but you do require a certain level of fitness to enjoy your tour to its fullest.

I also have 4 clients ( 2 couples ) interested in the 4th of September 2026 could I please get pricing.

Can my clients finish this tour in Amsterdam and how do we go about organising that and what would the new price be ?

Do you match roommates? I am traveling solo but would like to share a room. I do not have anyone willing to go with me!

Our standard rooming policy is twin share, which means you'll be paired with another traveller of the same gender. It's a lovely way to meet someone new and share the experience together. If you'd prefer your own space, you do also have the option to request a private room upgrade, which is subject to availability and comes at an additional cost.

Could I get a list of the hotels for this trip

At this stage, the departure that you are interested in is too far in advance for us to give you a confirmed hotel list. Due to the fact that our hotels are subject to change, we do not provide inaccurate information beforehand to minimize any confusion that may be caused. We therefore suggest reaching out roughly 90 days prior for this information.

Looking for Dec 13-15 to Jan 15 on this tour any availability to spend Christmas in Europe

We do not have a schedule for this tour that fits you preference. However, we do have other Europe Tours that has a Festive Itinerary, you can search Tour Radar for Europe Tours, filter via Operator (Expat Explore) and select December as the preferred Month.

Does the best of europe go on the Eurostar Train or Via boat from London to Europe?

For the channel crossing on this tour, both choices are possible (Ferry or Eurotunnel) depending on what is available at the time of crossing.

This was the best vacation I have ever taken in my life! I enjoyed every minute of it. The itinerary was very well planned. Every minute was utilized so that we can see and do as much as possible. I got to see many beautiful countries and experience their culture. The price was well worth it. My tour leader was Emidio and bus driver was Gabriel. They were the best and treated everyone like family. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the classic European places in a short amount of time. Several friends and family members were inspired by our trip and are looking to book this tour. My family and I cannot stop talking about what a great time we had on the trip and we keep looking at all the photos we took. The only bad part was the fact that the trip ended! We wish the trip lasted forever. I will definitely be returning to see more of Europe and have already started planning for my next adventure.Show more

Levi Tasner is a walking talking encyclopaedia of knowledge and an absolute Legend ! He was so helpful on a 24 day tour across Europe, pulling all the threads together across multiple centuries and multiple countries. It didn’t matter what century, he knew it! The trip was so good because of all the value-adding Levi does. Plus Levi does this because he loves the subject matter, obviously not just because it’s his job. Whoever is lucky enough to have Levi as a tour leader will have a magnificent experience! He would be setting the gold standard for others to meet. Christine, Australia.Show more

Our tour guide Levi is has made this European tour an unforgettable experience. He managed to make our 26 day tour of Europe relatively smooth. Even with a few inconveniences along the way which is bound to happen, he is always calm and helpful to make sure everyone’s concerns are addressed and his humour always keeps the group in a cheerful mood. Levi is passionate of European history and enthusiastically shares stories and historical backgrounds of the places we are visiting. This helped me view this part of the world in a different light and with a little more wisdom.Show more

Asked on April 16th, 2026
I'm planning to take a 22-day Europe trip. Will it be too tiring, or is it usually smooth and manageable? We're confusing to take 14 days or 22 days!
Tour Details
- Travel Chasers formerly Expat ExploreOperator•Written April 2026

Can my clients finish this tour in Amsterdam and how do we go about organising that and what would the new price be ?
- Travel Chasers formerly Expat ExploreOperator•Written January 2026
Regarding the tour, travelers are allowed to join the tour late and/or end their tour early. For your client's inquiry, yes they can end the tour in Amsterdam and not complete the rest of the Itinerary. However, since our Tours are sold as a package, the price will still be the same even if they end the tour early or join late.

Do you match roommates? I am traveling solo but would like to share a room. I do not have anyone willing to go with me!
Accommodation
- Travel Chasers formerly Expat ExploreOperator•Written December 2025
