  The itinerary was flexible enough to allow for extra shopping or sightseeing. The guides were all great english speakers and eager to make our trip the best possible. We had a mix of private tour days and small group tour days, and we actually enjoyed the small groups more - it gave us other people to talk to! We upgraded to 4 star hotels, which were all great. The hotels in Laos and Cambodia were not as centrally located as we would have liked, but we couldn't fault the amenities or staff. We had (I'm sure) westernised versions of the local cuisine for our lunches, which was slightly disappointing, but still great food. We may be more adventurous than the intended travellers.Show more

Danny was specially attentive to all our questions and requests and twice visited us in Hanoi, which was really nice. We had great bunch of excursions, learn a lot and had most fantastic time. Some of guide were knowledgeable, some really knew not a lot, but all of them were nice. Thank you very much for the huge efforts to arrange our trip.Show more

  Everything thing went like clockwork - the arrivals at the airport, our pick-up at the hotel and taking us to the airport was well organised. Each day was with a new group and some days it was only us. This was a surprise as our expectation of a tour is a group travelling together. Since we had each other it was ok. However if I was travelling alone - as originally planned I would have been disappointed. The days were extensive, lots of walking and information which was great, the heat and humidity as expected. We would have liked more time in Laos as we only had one day- late arrival the night before and an early exit the following morning after our day 's adventure. So glad we were able to stay on in Siem Reap as there is so much to explore. Our tour guides in Cambodia, Laos and Hanoi were excellent - their command of the English language and knowledge was excellent. The guides in Ho Chi Minh City had the knowledge but their command of the language was not as good but OK.Show more

  Every aspect of the tour ran smoothly. The transfers were great and it was so good not to have to worry about getting from the airport to the hotel. The hotels were excellent and the tour guides were fantastic. The dining experiences when include were great. Overall, very happy with all aspects of the tour. Perhaps the only downside was that we were not with the same group of travellers from start to finish. We met some great travellers and would have liked to spend more time with them.Show more
