Then I assume we would need to take a domestic flight to Zanzibar to meet you for the first day? Departing airport is Victoria Falls International the only good option? Also we are vegetarians, would there be any issues with getting vegetarian meals? My wife is gluten free, cannot have wheat flour. I can have wheat. We typically eat vegetables, grains, like rice or quinoa, and fruits.

Many extremely long travel days with no activities & very brief stops. Truck was overcrowded with 20 pax & seats uncomfortable. No recline or armrests; little padding. Chores were a drag as certain idividuals starting taking charge & accusing some of not doing their part. Tent mattresses were super thin uncomortable & for myself inadequate. So I upgraded accommodation most nights even though I had paid for a single supplement. The trip left me exhausted & sick and it took 3 days to recover from it at the end. Way too much time on the road & super early starts did not feel much like a holiday. Milennials formed cliques & pretty much excluded those of us over 50. Never again with an overland camping trip.Show more
