Itinerary was filled but most places had down time to relax and explore individually as well. Had an unforgettable time. Loved the contikki experience. Definitely recommend.

If he doesn't know the answer, he will find out and this is what makes a great trip manager. We travelled as a couple and would recommend this tour to everyone.

I had an incredible time on my first Contiki with Aaron. If/when I return to Southeast Asia I hope it’s with him, as he took the stress out of traveling in a chaotic region. After being told by so many to “avoid meat”, “make sure you don’t eat street food”, I was a little apprehensive when on night two of …Fantastic trip, full of culture, amazing sights and the best food! After being told by so many to “avoid meat”, “make sure you don’t eat street food”, I was a little apprehensive when on night two of the trip Aaron led us down a back alley for some Delhi street food. There we were, sitting on red plastic stools on a narrow street, tucking our legs in to avoid passing tuk-tuk’s with a couple of stray dogs for company (albeit very well fed). All I could think about is the advice I had received back home and how I was about to break the two rules I had promised myself on the second night of my trip, but Aaron assured us that this was one of his favourite spots to eat, and he was not wrong. The Chicken Tikka wraps were amazing and with Aaron’s local knowledge, we ate amazing food day after day! If you are looking to visit India, I would whole heartedly recommend this trip to make the most of the culture and the food!

This ticked ALL the boxes for me. I went for my 30th Birthday and I could't have asked for more. An absolutely amazing group of people who I still talk to now. Accomodation, food and transport were wh…This ticked ALL the boxes for me. I went for my 30th Birthday and I could't have asked for more. An absolutely amazing group of people who I still talk to now. Accomodation, food and transport were what you'd expect for the price and some unexpected bonuses too like the hotel with our own private beach on Kho Phi Phi and the infinity pool in Ao Nang.
Aaron was definitely the golden key to the whole experience though. He made every minute of it the absolute best we could possibly have, he made it funny, enjoyable, entertaining and even on the longer transportations made us giggle with dancing and games. He went out of his way to make sure I had a great birthday and it meant so much to me that he did that as pretty much none of my friends or family acknowledged it.
I wish I could have him as my tour guide for every single trip I do. His knowledge about the local culture as well as around the world was astonishing and somehow he managed to cater for the people who wanted to enjoy the day and chill in the night, the party hard guys and the laid ack go wit the flow people. That is a talent not many tour guides have.

He made sure everyone was accommodated (within reason), and that we all enjoyed ourselves. If problems presented themselves, he was right there with a solution. I hope to travel with Contiki again (and Aaron) very soon. It's really the trip manager that makes so much of the tour what it is, and Aaron made it memorable. I hope those of you reading get a chance to travel with this guy, because if you don't, you're definitely missing out.

To be completely honest, I found our tour guide Aaron a tad wee bit unprofessional on the trip in relation to all the 'hot, young girls' on the tour. At times he barely spoke to my partner and myself (who were the oldest on the tour) because he was too busy flirting & hanging out with 'the girls'. There was a lot of flirting, sex talk & just innapropriate conversation I thought for a trip tour guide. The young hot females certainly got all the attention lol so young male hormones showed up alot on this trip (from my observation). Apart from all this however, Aaron was kind, friendly & down to earth. He had a lot of local knowledge & in regards to location, culture & the locals (people) he was great. He was well mannered & informative, so overall and in general I'd say he was an excellent tour guide & trip manager. My only advice is not to get so distracted by the young, attractive, bikini clad females and keep very professional boundaries.

This was my first camping experience but lve learned to put up and down the tent with assistance and was borrowed some gadget that l didnt know were necessary. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, but looked unexperienced and not able to lead the group as a tourleader should do. It was too much pressure for him.

It was a terrific mix of culture and biking, seeing the major sites as well as experiencing the rural areas. Our guide, Anand, was outstanding and paid attention to all the details (many of which we didn't see and have to worry about).

To see such a large group of hippos in the water and to have…This 10-day trip through Botswana was better than expected. Now have lots more photographs of animals in the wild than I'd expected to get. To see such a large group of hippos in the water and to have lions walk by casually were much more than I'd seen in Kruger Park. Some of the travel by road was taking a lot of time and accommodation on the houseboat was a bit cramped. But in the end that was part of the fun as a way of meeting up with others who felt the same way.
