Can I receive a customized itinerary for my travel dates?

Travelers can request a customized itinerary, and our team will assist in aligning the travel dates and activities as required.

What are the passport requirements for booking?

Full passport details are required at the time of booking, including name as per passport, a minimum of 6 months validity, and it should be the passport the client will be travelling with.

Are there age restrictions for your tours?

All travelers should be aged 18 to 35 years old.

What are the additional fees associated with flights on my trip?

The additional fees are due to flights included within the trip.

What airport transfers are available and what are their costs?

Arrival airport transfers are available at a cost of $34. Flight details must be provided at least 21 days prior to departure to qualify for an airport transfer.

Are there specific tours available for different age groups?

Yes, some of our tours, like the Vietnam Highlights, are specifically designed for travelers aged 18 to 35, while others like Highlights of Vietnam under Trafalgar are open-aged.

How do I register for a trip with your company?

You must complete your registration through our website using the My Contiki sign up/login page.

Yes, travel insurance is compulsory on all our Asia trips.

- Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 3rd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 3rd, 2026, a minimum payment of $200 is required to confirm your booking with Contiki. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Contiki will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Contiki" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
