He shared with us so much about the history and magic of South Eat …My experience of the Ultimate South East Asia Contiki was unforgettable and a large part of this was due to the tour manager Smithy. He shared with us so much about the history and magic of South Eat Asia and went above and beyond everyday to make sure everyone was enjoying their trip.
I enjoyed the layout of the trip and although there was not a lot of downtime, al of the sites and activities we did that weren’t interesting or enjoyable.
The accommodation and included food options were all at a high standard as well.
I did all of the free time add one’s and enjoyed them all.

The trip itself was also great with an awesome itinerary.
Smithy was fantastic! He was clear with our plans for the day, great fun to be around and genuinely cared about our experience.

Smithy was great at making sure everyone was having the best time on projects whilst working and making a difference in the community.

Throughout the whole trip Smithy always ensured everyone was getting the most out of their trip, he tailored his approach to suit each individual. Smithy does everything with a smile on his face (the group never stopped laughing) the energy he created brought the whole group together.
Smithy's balanced approach was perfect for ensuring that the group had an amazing trip whilst educating us on Thai culture.
I couldn't recommend Smithy enough, his passion and positive attitude is contagious!

Smithy was always up for fun when we were travelling and was always there to cheer you up - even when you were feeling homesick! He was always up for a laugh and made our trip amazing. Despite all the fun, he was very organised and we never felt unsafe when were away.

I had the month of my life! Myself and lots of other travellers had come on to the trip alone and Smithy ensured that we all got to know one another by arranging games and ice breakers. Smithy knew Thailand very well and made sure we knew what to do and not do in his country. I have been on other tour trips around the world where the tour guides have been unprofessional. Smithy maintains a balance of being fun and entertaining whilst being sensible, professional and above all else safe. He is a polite, approachable guy who would go out of his way for anyone.
