With a passion for sustainable travel, showcasing local experiences with detailed explanations of the importance of being a smart traveller, whilst hitting KPIs and NPS targets and managing to exceed travellers expectations on the ground, by fulfilling their wants, needs and making life long friendships, I was awarded Trip Manager of the Year in 2019 for Contiki Asia. Her attention with our dietary requirements was great and didn’t make us worry.
Her recommendations for food places and things to do in free time was extensive and the day sheets were so detailed and we could always rely on them to be where we needed to be.
Her expectation of us was also good because it was needed to make sure we were at places on time because the whole entire trip was none stop.
I hope I get to have Rhi again in my next trip back to South East Asia.

She just had the ability of balancing fun with a high level of organization, ensuring every detail was carefully handled without ever feeling rushed, and informing us with all the information about the destination and where to go and what to do.
Her caring nature was amazing, as she made sure all needs were met, checking in regularly and offering recommendations tailored to everyone. It was my first trip that a trip manager just knows my personality and my preferences and offers me activities based on that.
This trip was very special, it is my 3rd Contiki trip and the best so far. Thanks Rhi for making this trip truly unforgettable.

Vietnam was beautiful and this tour was wonderful - blind Freddy could tell you that. But I cannot explain to you, kind internet reader, just how quintessential Rhi was to this trip being something that I will tell my great-grandchildren about in my Alzheimer's-induced revelries. Rhi had a rapport and a vibe with each and every one of us, a kind of older sister confidant that made you wish you had an older sister if you never had one.
I never, ever ONCE saw her lose her [Removed in Moderation] or get frustrated or not know what the go was - she was the ultimate professional but you didn't even realise because she made it look that easy - like a butler with a [Removed in Moderation], she was the time, she was the place, she was the moment! It sounds like I'm a paid-up AI writing this review, but I just have to stress this: if you are on Contiki and Rhi is your trip manager, don't bother buying a lottery ticket - YOU'VE ALREADY WON.
Practically speaking (which I never do)? You will never feel safer in a country where you don't speak the language. You will never feel more relaxed in a country with rather relaxed driving laws. Everyone from Contiki said it when we were on Contiki and we all say it now: it doesn't matter where we are, but we would follow Rhi all around the globe.
Can't wait til our next adventure! Book the trip, take the ride - as long as it's with Rhi!

Contiki Rhi was very organised and helpful. Never once we have missed an activity as well as free time add ons she made lots of suggestions around the local areas this includes Hoi An in Vietnam where…Contiki Rhi was very organised and helpful. Never once we have missed an activity as well as free time add ons she made lots of suggestions around the local areas this includes Hoi An in Vietnam where she added the tailors for everyone, monkey boats and I did a lantern making class which was a bonus. In Hanoi she booked a war jeep tour which included stopping at the famous train street. In Thailand in Chaing Mai on the last days we went to a bar that played lots of games with us and made us feel welcome. We also went to a ladyboy show which was really funny and entertaining. Contiki Rhi is the best and goes an extra mile.

As a solo traveller I often find that it's easier to stick to major cities or tourist destinations, and it can be tough to find transport that's reasonably priced to get to places like Khao Sok National park and Langkawi. The itinerary for this tour was incredible, it took me to the places that had been firmly at the top of my bucket list, and also introduced me to hidden gems like Penang that I hadn't heard much about!
Rhi is a fantastic tour manager who made my time in India a truly wonderful experience. Her knowledge and enthusiasm is a breath of fresh air and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

She is a friendly, open-minded and responsible adult, with whom you can really tell that she loves to help and spread kindness, not with any agenda but rather because she genuinely enjoys making the world a better place.

Rhi was such an amazing tour manager all around, she was very knowledgeable, had lots of energy, very fun, made sure everyone had a good time. She was caring and had a heart of gold. I’m thankful we got to meet her and enjoy her presence on our trip. Anyone would be lucky to get her as a tour manager!
Rhi will lead you through a fantastic taste of South East Asia. Overnight train games, karaoke, clubs or movie night Rhi always brought the energy needed to the group. 10/10 wizard.

She has so much knowledge of South East Asia and you can easily see how truly passionate she is about each destination, its people and it’s culture. I have been on quite a few tours and noticed what an incredible job she was doing, so it came as a huge shock when she told our group after the tour that we were only her second group! That really goes to show what a great fit she is for this demanding job. Contiki should be proud to have someone like Rhi represent them! :)
