Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback and for choosing Trafalgar for your travels. We are pleased to read that you enjoyed the destinations, the company of your fellow travellers, and the comfort of the coach. It is also encouraging to read your kind comments about the Travel Director’s knowledge and support, as well as the Coach Driver’s contribution to your journey. However, we are sorry that the lack of detailed information before departure made it difficult to plan your own activities, particularly those requiring advance bookings. We understand how important clear itinerary information is in helping you make the most of your time in each destination. We also appreciate your comments regarding the stop in Pisa and the limited time available in Venice, and recognise that these experiences may have affected your expectations. We are still offering departure in September for the following dates: 12-Sep-2025, 19-Sep-2025. These dates are on request which means only few spaces left and it will take 3-4 business days for confirmation or denied.

The single room price for this tour is CA$5,075.00. It is available for booking and has reached definite status. Costsaver does not categorize tours by activity levels, because activity levels do not include optional activities since you can choose to take part or not. Lastly, please be aware that this tour will conclude in Amsterdam, not Paris.

    Alan

    Asked on June 4th, 2025

what time and location point is day-1's meet? Because we need to book flights accordingly and also might need additional day for the hotel for previous day

    Flights / Transfers
    Tour Details
    • CostsaverOperator•Written June 2025

The meeting point to begin your trip will be on Day 3 at the Hilton Canary Wharf Hotel. You'll be departing from the hotel with the group at approximately 6:15 AM. Days 1 and 2 are yours to enjoy at your leisure, giving you the flexibility to explore London on your own. This also means your flight can arrive at any time during those first two days, depending on what works best for you.

    • A

      Alan

      Traveler•Written June 2025

Hope the hotel for day1 and day2 is included in the package. Hope there is free ride from airport to the hotel. Will there be a free local london tour organized by your team for day1 and day2? Do hotels have complimentary meals?

    • CostsaverOperator•Written June 2025

During the first two days of your trip, you'll have the opportunity to explore London at your own pace, as there won't be a local specialist guiding those days. Not to worry—your accommodations are fully covered as part of your trip package. Breakfast is included with each night's stay, except for Day 1. Dinner will be provided on select days throughout the trip, and any additional meals will be at your own expense.

    • CostsaverOperator•Written April 2025

Because this tour departs in less than 60 days, the only way to secure a space would be to book. We ALWAYS recommend booking the tour before flights anyways. This is because flight/arrival dates are flexible, however, the tour dates are not.

The European Experience would be a 12-day trip starting in Amsterdam and ending in Paris for the 2023 year. In 2022 this trip started in London however the itinerary has slightly changed as to the location of the start city and now will start in Amsterdam. If you would like to extend your stay, what some guests will do is book pre and/or post nights. Please be advised that our pre nights would only take place in Amsterdam at the exact same starting hotel and our post nights would only take place in Paris at the exact same ending hotel for the trip.
