  My experience started as soon as I booked. I reached out several times to get details so I could plan my trip. I needed to book tickets to experiences that would sell out 2 months in advance to places that had to be time and date specific. Having details such as the "optional experience" of going to Pisa was not "optional" at all. The bus took everyone there on the way to Florence. Not knowing this, we planned, as best we could with out these details, to do some things that night in Florence, We didn't have time to do those things because of this stop. This is just one example of my experience. The bus driver, Raf, and the Pete, our guide were great! Pete offered his opinion and helped us with our separate plans which I appreciate. He was very informative and entertaining. We saw some awesome sights and had a great time with our fellow bus riders! The bus was so comfy, we couldn't stay awake! LOL! We also didn't get enough time in Venice due to the transportation taking so long. We had like 4 hours in a place you need at least a whole day. This truly was a trip of a lifetime. See places we will probably never see again. Which is why it would have been nice to have more time. 🙂Show more

  The tour is very fast pace and has a limited time to see a lot of things in each city, however it was very well organised and the communication of the tour director was excellent they made sure we were safe and took all the work from us, however if you don’t pay the optional extra activities it will be very difficult to enjoy the time as the hotels they book are not close to the turist attractionsShow more

  TOUR HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO PROVIDE THE CUSTOMER WITH THE BEST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE. NAMELY SELECTION OF LOCATIONS/COUNTRIES EVENTS/ACTIVITIES, FOOD ACCOMODATION AND EXPOSURE TO DIFFERENT CULTURES ETC. EVERY THING WENT ACCORDING TO THE PLAN AND ON TIME. TOUR GUIDE/DIRECTOR (Brad) KNEW EVERY MINUTE DETAIL TO THE DOT AND NEVER HAD A BORING MOMENT. BRAD'S KNOWLEDGE IN EUROPEAN HISYORY IS AMAZING. HIS APPROACH WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, WAS ABLE TO BUILD A TEAM AND KNEW A FEW LANGUAGES AS WELL AND WAS GETTING ON WELL WITH ALL CONCERNED. EVEN THE DIFFICULT MOMENTS WERE HANDLED CALMLY AND PROFESSIONALY. SAFETY, WELLFARE AND FAIRNESS WERE ASSURED, DRIVER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL TOO. FINALLY EVERY ONE WAS TALKING GOOD ABOUT BRAD AND HIS HARD WORK PAID OFF AND WE ALL WERE HAPPY AT THE END.
