    I am interested in the tour starting on 24th May. Shall I be at the airport on 24th early in the morning or landing during the day? Please let me know as I have to check the flights. In addition, I am a solo traveller and I will be charged for extra costs for the room. Do you confirm it?

      Regarding your tour till now we don't have any booking for that date so if you book you will be the only person on the tour and it will be a private tour. You can come in the morning that's not a problem and if you are solo yes you have to pay single supplement fees while booking the tour.

    Is the lotus temple and palace of winds included? What's is the arrival time back in Delhi? I got an international flight on 1st May at 11 pm. Also, can you make arrangements for Covid test on 29/05?

      How much will the Covid test be? Can I choose the package without hotel? Can you please kindly inform the names of the hotels included for single room?

      Covid test will be around 800-1000INR maybe a bit less or a bit more. Yes you can book without hotels as well. Hotels will be Delhi: Lord grand or similar. Agra: Mapple grand. Jaipur: Raas mahal.

      Can you do the pick up's and drop offs if I choose a different hotel? Also, how much will be the entry fees? I need to organise the cash withdrawal as I assume they don't accept card, right?

      Pick up and drop off can be organise from different hotels too. Let's say in all three cities it will be approx 60-70usd per person.

      Can I pick twin option if I'm travelling solo?

      For a single traveller the total tour cost is 28000₹ Including hotels. We discounted almost 8000₹ for not taking hotels. For twin option you have to be two travellers if you are single you have to pay single supplement.

Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
    • Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before September 28th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 28th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with The Imperial Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and The Imperial Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "The Imperial Tours" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
