I regret that 80 years is above our passenger demographic for this tour due to the nature and duration of the tour including travelling and accommodation conditions.

What is the meet times for this tour as im thinking if there'd be enough time to reach this tour before it departs

The pre tour meeting is held at 6pm on the 16th May. Your previous Tour leader will be able to guide you to the meeting point. The 17 May tour is available to book but it is not yet guaranteed to run, we require at least 6 passengers in order for it to become guaranteed, currently there are no other passengers booked on this tour.

What time do you start and do you pick up at livingstone airport. Is victoria falls transport included or is that a separate booking.

The tour begins from a well known Zambezi Waterfront resort/ campsite right on the Zambezi river bank, a few kilometres outside of Livingstone itself, and about 15-20 min drive from Livingstone (Zambia) airport. We can arrange additional accommodation at the Waterfront and / or airport transfers. We can also arrange transfers from Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe) but our recommended 'entry point/gateway' for this tour is Livingstone (Zambia).

What is the Adventure Pass and how do I pay for this?

Every Overland tour has an Adventure Pass which is paid to your tour leader in Africa at the beginning of the tour (or pre-paid by arrangement prior to your tour). This is separate and in addition to the Tour Price, and covers selected park entries, activities and excursions along the way where payment goes directly to the supplier to ensure local suppliers benefit directly from the income. For this tour it is USD$90 if prepaid and allows entry for the Motobo National Park in Zimbabwe. Please ask your TourRadar customer support team member for assistance with purchasing this Adventure Pass at the time of booking.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 61 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
