Our guide has been excellent, but we are sick to death of barebones cheap hotels that don’t even have a kettle or a coffee pot. Traveling as a couple we’ve been stuck with twin beds, most hotel rooms have been on train tracks so the rooms are exceedingly noisy, and just now we checked into our hotel in Vienna, and there were both long black hairs and short curly hairs in the bed. Disgusting. We will never tour with cosmos again.. no conditioner, no lotion, no bathrobes, no bathroom amenities at all other than the toilet paper and soap.Show more

Timi, our guide, and Salvatore, our driver were top notch. They were both truly spectacular and went above and beyond to make our trip amazing. I highly recommend them both! Our trip was well planned and the we stayed on schedule the entire trip. The optional excursions were interesting and the local guides were fantastic. The hotels were adequate. Timing had to stand up for us at one hotel filled with teenagers who were very rude and noisy, and another whose air conditioner was not working, and when we asked personally, they would not change rooms for us (just have us a fan), but after Timi spoke to them, they moved us to a room with working ac. She was fantastic. All in all, it was a fantastic trip and I'd highly recommend it to friends. We are very happy!Show more
